Reading blinds months ago about the reason why they kept Archie’s birth secret and waited a few days to show him, being wanting to monetise the opportunities as much as possible.

Yeah, looks like it has been that way. I also thought it was far fetched at the time and whilst I never warmed to Meghan I was more than happy to defend them in regards to them not wanting Archie to be photographed and secrecy around the birth, because I could understand that completely. But if that was the motivation then why post pics on Insta and take him to meet Desmond Tutu...didn't make any sense. It's all about control really isn't it...they (she?) wants to control their image.
Also, it's clear to us that the photos today have been planned, the looking straight at the camera, the photo agency etc. Do we think Harry actually realises that's what's happening...does he realise that she's calling the paparazzi? Because if he does then he's the biggest hypocrite going. I suspect he's ignorant of this though, somehow! She's not made any effort not to be papped, not had her protection officers stop them or tried to move away from them. All so odd.

They didn't leave for the quiet life. They left because MM wasn't getting adoration from the British public. She's beaming in that picture whereas many celebs would be annoyed at being photographed with their baby.

Does this mean that they will lose their court case? How can they claim that the Daily Mail was invading their privacy when one PP has quickly sussed that they are “collaborating” with Splash to get the pap shots? The DM will destroy them. Does MM not realise that just because she was in Suits doesn’t mean to say that she is a shit hot lawyer in real life.

That’s interesting. I had a gut instinct that this is all true. No reconciliation, no wives on the phone. Put up a front, protect your own.
I’m trying to wean myself off all this now. Let them get on with it, come what may.

I don't know if she's collaborated but she looks happy to have her pic taken. She didn't send her security to chase them off unlike at Wimbledon either.

She’s really revealed her true colours. I feel terribly sorry for poor Harry. I think he was so desperate for a happily ever after that he’s ignored all the warning signs and now Archie will be in the middle of it all. Such a shame.

The RF expect them to divorce within 5 years.
They are not vilifying Meghan because she will play the victim card and Harry will defend her even more.

I suspect the RF stripped him of his patronages and have him a “Hard Megxit” so that he feels even more dissatisfaction with his life with Meghan.
I suspect he will get them all back, when he returns to the RF.
I think we can already see the elements of the Divorce package.

The Queen May have to use the 300 yo rule to get custody of minor a Royal children.

My prediction is that there will be periodic calls for cash during the year(s) from PC that sets off another crisis. Money in - all content. Tap off - bleating and blame game starts. If I were the RF, I'd ride it out though. I think if they sit tight the truth will out.

A new baby is the next obvious move.

DOC looked very regal last night, not exactly happy but regal. I wonder if she hates the evening events as they take her away from the kids, who probably want to chat her ear off about school and just be with her? Anyway well done to Kate for showing up, smiling, doing her job, and going home with nary a drama.

BTW I think that Kate is the better actress here. She's able to go from serious face to happy face the second she walks thru a door, and charm loads of people for hours. I'd never seen the serious face before someone linked to Getty images or whatever it is called where they have millions of photos that generally aren't used in the press. It is clear that she steps out onto stage and gives it her all.

Curly, some of the comments posted under the Blind Gossip link date from 11th and 12th December 2019 - a month before the shock announcement - predicted exactly what is happening now with scary accuracy.

I always gave MM the benefit of the doubt and for the record, I totally dislike the DM and DE as tabloids. I started to get really irritated with her during the African tour. Further irritated by the half in half out Royal stuff, and using their status to promote the Sussex Royal brand to make money.
Even worse, doesn't want press attention because the press are toxic, but is happy to be papped in Vancouver, using the same press agency that PH sued.
If they want a quiet life, have one, but don't allow hundreds of photos to be taken of you with your baby when you " allegedly " want privacy.
Wonder what Harry is actually going to say to her when he returns regarding that. He really doesn't like the press, she adores it. She just doesn't like negative stuff being written about her.
Personally I think that she hated being a Royal.
And if she thinks the British press are bad, anyone read what happened on that interview in Australia with her brother..
