To think this Is absolute nonsense? Surely the press would be on it ??

I looked up the date this thread was started - day before the Markle's wedding anniversary in 2019, when they launched an 'unseen' pic on their now defunct instagram account.

Presumably, this was some sort of grist to the 'true lurve' mill from the Sussex superfans/ paid PR. There's always patterns to these things.

This is topical

No this is shit stirring by resurrecting a zombie thread.

Marriages are very private and sometimes complicated. What happens inside a marriage are the business of the people in the marriage. No one else.

If William did have an affair, Catherine has chosen to forgive him and stay married. No one else's business.

I feel sorry for Catherine. If her husband did have an affair, she has to live with the damage it may have done plus relive it anytime the story pops back up.

If he didn't cheat, she has to live with a false narrative that won't die.

All gossip will do is target (unintentionally) Catherine and take away from the real conversation that needs to happen, reforming the media.

And here's the paid PR for the "other side" 🙄

I agree 100%. I have long supported H & M and am appalled at what happened.

But how is Catherine responsible for decisions that William and Charles made in terms of their office? Do we know thay she helped make this decision?

For me, spreading gossip about an affair is no different than rumors spread about Meghan that may or may not have been true.

I stand for women. All women. They both have been treated horribly by the press (and the royal family IMO). As was Diana and Fergie. Two wrongs do not make a right in this case for me.

Like Father like son?

@allcriedoutagain I am indifferent. Relationships are complex - and personal (none of our business). Marriage is unnatural. Maybe he and Kate have lost the spark in the bedroom and come to an agreement to hold their family together.

Polyamorous open marriages are a thing too.

We don’t know. And we have no real right to know either.

If it is mutually agreed polyamory then I can see how the palace can better control the media reporting of it.

Unless Kate is filing for divorce on adultery grounds then I don’t think it matters who he may or may not be having an affair with. So why should we care?

Also, I think it would be more juicy if Kate was the one having an affair.
