I predict Tues 23rd to share with my DS. My brother and I share our birthday with Prince Andrew so our family is already connected!

Thoroughly nice chap and very pro-midwife & non interventionist so hopefully Kate will be allowed some say in it all if he is still as nice.

I have visited St Mary's a few times. I saw a picture in the DM of the entrance used. From that picture I think I know the entrance. Basically you have where the shops are, then an alley, then Lindo wing, then road and then St Mary's. There is a side road that goes from the shops road where the station is, and curves around past the side of the station, past this alley and into the road that services St Mary's and Lindo wing. I think Kate went in the Alley.

I predict this evening in time for the 6 O'clock or at least 10 O'clock news.

A girl, Alice Sarah Rose Carole Diana, weighing 7lb 3 oz ?

I think they'll call her Matilda

I really hope they don't call her Alice. Dd's name is a version of Alice and I don't want it to become the most used name ever! selfish

Whatever her formal name of course she will have a family nickname, they all seem to be known by other names !

I am sure Kate won't choose George. I think it might be an unusual though classic name for a girl. For a boy I have no idea at all. Haven't had a King Richard in a while. Could imagine an Alfred but don't see Kate choosing that. Do they need to get the name vetoed by the Queen or someone else?

I think as a formality it goes to the Queen for official approval, but I'm sure she would approve.

After all Princess Anne chose Zara which was pretty controversial at the time (arabic for pretty & princess apparently)
