Rodents and Risk Assessments - the Excellent Cats applaud Gizmo's recent achievements

....... although the Argyll Mouse Murderer is unrepentant.

Our previous 2 - sisters.

Still miss our lovely Breadcat

Also miss William who was a lovely NMC who lived next door (ahem mostly at ours)

Not our cats but made me smile.

A handsome inhabitant of the cat cafe I recently took my niece to.

I'll say it again: we need the laughing emoji choice on Mumsnet to be put back in! 😂

Someone sent me this, made me smile

I will repost this NMBC green-eyed beauty from down the road who cheekily decided my sofa was his when I went to make a cuppa

So - shall we go out this morning or shall we just insist that the puny humans leave the front door open and freeze their backsides off while we sit inside and just look outside?

I miss it too. Maybe we could campaign for mumsnet to reintroduce it on the litter tray and other specialist sections that contain threads full of real people politely communicating with each other, rather than the troll and bot infested threads on the main boards who can't be trusted with it.

I'd vote for that.

I saw this online and thought it was a brilliant name for a cat

And another from t'Internet

I apologise for lowering the tone with a photo of a dog, but Elsa wanted to wish everyone a Happy Halloween and also send supportive thoughts to anyone who needs them.

Beautiful cat and beautiful garden, gorgeous colours!

Elsa looks like she enjoys a cuddle ❤️

Elsa adores cuddles. She is currently on the sofa next to me with her head on my lap. Oh, to be a well loved pet!

If I couldn't have a cat then I would love an Elsa too. Fabulous cat name though 😉

The Stray sends love to everyone who has lost on this thread ❤

@Pudmyboy have you got some pictures of Pud for us please

condolences from Micia

It's all go this morning

This was my first foster (FC1). He was a lovely fluffy boy with a beautiful plumed tail, & very nervous.

He hid when people visited - not like Kitty, who lurks so as not to miss anything & can often be lured out with Dreamies, but in really inaccessible places.

The only time he didn’t hide was when a couple visited who were looking for a nervous cat. He came out & blinked at them. 😻

Did they take him Empressaurus?

They did, & the day he sat on his mum’s lap she sent me a a photo & we both cried a bit.

These are my favourites, he fell asleep with his head in my hand. I was in a state of bliss even though I needed a pee
