That look of contempt reminds me of someone I used to know...

He's got similar genes @Grumpyoldpersonwithcats - he's a Mau cat which were used to breed the original Bengals. He's not as big as a Bengal or as beefy due to his issues but he's very feisty unfortunately for us!

Friday night and Kettle has achieved maximum tummy rub relaxation 😄

Fred has the ghost zoomies. He keeps pausing looking at nothing with big dilated eyes, then sprinting off again. He doesn't do this very often but it's super cute. Lexter and Toad are just hanging out in my new fleece jumper. I'm not sure if I'll ever get to wear it.

Lexter is sunbathing on what I thought was my new fleece jumper. Apparently it is his now. He was even licking it earlier.

When I got up, I accidentally left the window open and Picard came in.

Gizmo immediately started growling, then Linney growled at Gizmo, then Picard growled at me.

And that was before I'd even got the kettle on.

Yep, congratulations on buying Lexter a new bed that he actually likes. What took you so long Rum?

Worried here tonight - Finlay has been out since 6 this morning - came home around 5pm and didn’t want to eat anything not even a dreamie - very lethargic and cried if we tried to pick him up - straight to emergency vet - they said he’s got high temp - blood test showed high white cells and liver enzymes so possible liver infection - they are keeping him in on IV antibiotics, fluids, sedative etc
Im just grateful he’s in the best possible place and not had another accident

Oh no! Poor boy. Fingers crossed he'll be OK.

Oh Jace, how worrying! Hopefully he's just feeling a bit under the weather and will bounce back soon. Poor little guy.x

My fingers are crossed for Finlay too. Poor chap! Hoping that the IV antibiotics etc will have kicked in by now.

Me neither lately. Life is hectic and I don't get on here as much. I really hope Finlay is okay though. Sending lots of love.
