Times you have failed your furry overlords

I have failed mine today. Firstly I had to remove the lap because the rest of my body needed to cook the meal.

To add insult to injury she has become used to licking the juices in the tray the meat is from 🤢 before it goes into the recycling. Today we are having fish, and not that nice cat friendly fish - tuna but boring white fish, just a sniff and look of disdain. She is now lurking hoping that the second packet I open is indeed meat as it should be. Sadly it is not.

How have you failed your furry overlord today?

I finally got round to doing cats knicker fur. Glad I did. There was a good size mat as well as lots of little ones. She was NOT happy. Was placated by dreamies and she’s currently hiding under my legs sulking right now

Furry Overlord wanted to know what my toasted teacake was, so I gave him a tiny piece & now he knows he doesn't like teacake. He was so disappointed that he had to turn round & show me his rear end.

@70isaLimitNotaTarget try going over the whole area where the glass is broken with a slice of bread dampened with a little water. It picks up the smallest shards. Obviously dispose of bread afterwards.

Girlcat is unhappy with me today as I had a donut and didn't share, I also wouldn't share garlic bread. I'm so evil that I wouldn't let her sit half in half out the window with heating on under her butt. (Does she not know the price of heating on)

Boycat is unhappy with me as I almost stepped on his tail when he lay down right behind me in the kitchen for a belly rub and I fell over him.

I wouldn’t give her my curry. It had at least two things in it toxic to cats but I am a big meanie and she is very, very hard done by.

I gave her chicken liver as compo but it’s not worked. Tonight she’ll have the electric blanket on all night on her side of the bed (widow) as demonstration of just how hard done by she is.

Thank you that is a brilliant tip ! I did do the floor with damp paper towel . dabbing it and running a torch round after I swept up
I just did the damp bread under the unit for good measure .

I had to get up at 6am to bathe my ear again, of course the Cats were excited to see me vertical and demanded I give them breakfast .

"Never mind your ear , Mother , our bellies think our throats have been cut" they chorused .
These are cats who are not in any danger of fading away BTW
