I would imagine dummies would appeal to cats who were parted from their mother too soon

Unfortunately ddog (Staffie) is a bully - to other dogs. She got out of her harness last week and attacked another dog, landing me with £100 vet bill, the woman walking it needed medical attention for puncture wounds, and they reported it to the police. Not heard anything yet...
The cats seem to have the measure of ddog though, particularly Matt who puts her firmly in her place.

I think that was the idea in the video but one of mine has a tendency to overgroom so I thought it may help him chill. He just curls on it and sleeps though 😄

I'm now considering getting Leroy a pushchair and a dummy...

Meanwhile Leroy is considering leaving home 😂

In lovely news, Walter and Benny are getting on really well. No more hissing, some playfighting, and at separate times today I have seen Walter washing Benny, and Benny washing Walter. It's absolutely adorable ❤️

In other news, I've come to the conclusion that this kitten gives absolutely no shits.

@coastergirl I love it when the cats groom each other, it's one of the few things that warms my cold black heart. In my weird mind they're giving kisses. Toad and Fred often just headbutt each other as they want to be groomed/kissed, but don't want to be the one giving the affection. Silly boys

@RumNotRun I love it when they groom each other too. I think over the next few days I'll find them snuggled up together. They are both such lovely boys. Benny is currently sat on my friend's lap, sat like a human, washing himself.

Based on the picture, I'm not absolutely sure that Walter putting Benny in the washing machine counts as friendly grooming 🤣.

As for Leroy in a pushchair with a dummy - I'd love to see the look on the archetypal little old lad's face after she bends down to say hello to the baby 🙀.

This of course has led me down an internet rabbit hole searching for 'cats in pushchairs'. I noticed that none of the pictured cats are black. I'd guess black cats are far too sensible

I have one. I don't like the idea of backpacking a squirming cat and a wheelie seems a bit ... undignified.

Unfortunately, having looked at the pictures, I wouldn't have anywhere for it even when folded. Small house, too many books 😂

Yes, that’s not a big bum, that’s glorious floofness. Don’t you know 😆😆

We squashed one of ours into a normal sized carrier but then with all the bouncing and wriggling even two of us couldn't wrangle the carrier because of the weight. We had to strap the carrier to a trolley and wheel him to the car like a feline Hannibal Lecter.

Mission accomplished 💙💙

Not convinced about push chairs but in the dim and distant past (when we had small children, rather than hulking adults) one of our cats did rather like the child car seat. 😼
