I had one years ago in my pillow but it wasn't very comfortable. I'm ok normally as I have a ceiling fan for when it gets too hot, but when little miss radiator cat decides that she has to sleep on me, it does get a tad warm 😁 Plus she growls if I dare move and clings on with her claws, so that's always fun!

There's nothing that says summer like a large furry cat glued to your bare thighs, and flexing their claws affectionately into your skin.

Quick 'mousegate' update. When I left home this morning (at the crack of sparrow fart) Sybil was VERY interested in what was under the washing machine.
I've followed instructions and Mrs Grumpy is none the wiser.
Unfortunately I'm now away for a couple of nights for work, so if mousey appears, Mrs G will have to summon TC's dad.
In other news the train I'm travelling North on is 17 minutes late due to cows on the line. 🐄

They are all so handsome! They can't risk getting their fur all messy by chasing a mouse. That type of childishness is far beneath such refined beasts.

I was thinking about the pic of a melted Shady today at work - are you SURE he's not been to my office? 27c today in supposedly air conditioned offices, goodness knows what it was yesterday as my card thermometer only goes up that far and the indicator completely vanished. Of course the building management team are all in a small office, with a door, that has fully working air con!

Dunno where Girlcat has been during the daytime, but she felt lovely & cool when I got in just now. Sadly I know my office room at home won't be, so may as well go in again tomorrow - that way I at least get the car journey each way with air con!

Just remembered - that measurement of Boycat was base of tail to forehead - you need to add on about 1.5 inches for his great big long hooter!
