Due to popular demand (and a fear of lynching by the denizens of Mumsnet if I failed to comply) please find enclosed the 5th (🙀) thread about my NDN's cat.
For any new arrivals to this thread, TC is a stripy thug who spends most of his waking hours trying to break into our house. He doesn't get on with our cats (with the possible exception of Sybil, but only if she's in the mood). He currently is at war with Lenny.
He occasionally behaves like a perfect gentleman, his more normal MO however is to be a hissing spitting ball of teeth and claws.

Hang on a minute! Swans vs TC??

TC poses so we all think Grumpy is exaggerating, until TC makes a surprise attack. I think TC was keeping his distance from the swan. He is very pragmatic and bites humans knowing that they won't retaliate. Swans are another matter!

I've told him he'd better not! The swans were most unimpressed and hissed at him.
Shortly after this photo was taken he walked back up our garden and swiped Mrs Grumpy's leg. Says it all really.

Fantastic photo Grumpy! TC rightly calculated on you and Mrs Grumpy not being as ferocious as a pair of swans protecting their cygnet. Perhaps you could take up hissing loudly at him?

It's 11.30 at night. Looked out of our bedroom window and spotted this silhouette on our front wall. All our cats are inside.
