En route to collect. He had a slight reaction to the anaesthetic and were checking he is all good. We are on our way!

Upon serious reflection I think that i stopped any useful paid work around midday and have been refreshing this thread in the hope of seeing a rather lovely small kitten meet his rather lovely new brother.

Give the OP some time, she's probably wrangling two cats and a toddler as well as her DP. It could be going brilliantly or else she could be in full-on conflict resolution mode.

I think that the OP is is full cat slave mode and one hand is being used to hold Peppa's laser toy while the other is distributing cat treats to Peppa and Bingo. The only solution might be for her to dictate her update to her husband. However, he might be busy going off to get 4 more cats so they are up to his wanted size of cat household.

I haven't abandoned the thread! I had my toddler back at the hospital because she fell again and hit her head in the same spot in the early hours of this morning so we had to have it restitched. We only got home about an hour ago. Bingo is hiding somewhere. I will get a photo as soon as. He's recovering from both being neutered and a bad reaction to the anaesthetic. He was quite hard to come round and he was very groggy plus Peppa has decided to follow him everywhere. He ADORES his big brother. Whether Bingo feels the same remains to be seen. He is hiding currently. Once he's out I will get a better photo because as it stands he looks like a black cloud

Look after yourselves and please feel under no pressure to update us or take photos. Everything should be in your time.

She's absolutely fine. Very grateful to the hospital who probably wondered why we were back yet again. And to the nurse who told me head injuries like to bleed and bleed leading me to consider her as an extra in a horror film.

Hope your toddler is ok. Lovely to hear that Peppa adored him already. Hopefully that bodes well for the future.

Lord yes, head wounds look very scary on small people. Mine, many years ago, got a Sylvanian Family bear as a bribe to go to minor injuries to have her head stitched up. I think she’d have considered your new arrival worth any amount of stitches.

And, of course, Peppa must have a blanket. <beams dotingly>
