Sorry for the lack of Peppa updates. We had our toddler at hospital yesterday. Never a quiet day with a toddler!

Ah bugger. Sorry to hear it. I've got one who was prone to kamikaze stunts in their toddlerhood. Joining the Harry Potter scar club brings its own kudos in years to come, if that's any consolation.

Of course he wants to sleep on the clean laundry. I am forever turfing mine out of the clean washing basket. It is an incentive to go and put it all away at once before they can smother everything in fur.

Oxo’s Good Grips Fur Lifter garment brush is very good for getting cat hairs off clothing. We had two who were mostly white with black patches, and white hairs show on everything.

@Weezol yep, spot on. Very unlike her though, she's usually Robert. Kind and gentle and a bit thick. 🤣

DH commented over breakfast this morning; 'Is it today that MNetter is picking up Bingo'. I said 'No, tomorrow. But he has to be neutered first'.

Ah sorry about your toddler. I always remember my friend saying about her extremely adventurous and determined toddler, 'What I don't understand is why he doesn't learn from pain? Surely most children who hurt themselves doing something would then stop trying to do it?'

Nope. DS2 has 3 scars from doing the same thing climbing and jumping from a height- once in reception. HV attached to A&E rang GP to discuss him and possible neglect. He laughed and asked her if she had met him. 20 years later, I am not allowed to see the kayak videos

That's someone who hasn't watched a toddler trying to tricycle with one leg in a plaster cast.

Got to admire that commitment I suppose.

Hello Peppa. That at is definitely in charge of the house. 🤣

He looks like our rescue cat, Sushi! Her mum got abandoned when pregnant. She went to a sanctuary about an hour away but they didn't have enough room so she got sent to one near me and had 4 kittens. My mum adopted her mum yesterday! (One of the pictures).
I've gone from no cats to having a kitten and volunteering at the sanctuary!

Have you told Peppa that his brother is coming home tomorrow?

Sorry your dd took a tumble and hope she's doing better now? Your heart must have stopped for a moment when she launched herself!

Peppa looks more stunning every pic! I'm expecting a long, trying day tomorrow so will look forward to Bingo's homecoming because these threads are pure joy :)
