By popular request, a furtherance of the Saga of TC the Stripey.

For anyone unfamiliar, this is a story of a war of attrition over the last two years waged by a fat stripey cat on the innocent and long suffering members (feline and human) of the Grumpy household. Now running at almost 3000 posts, clearly TC would give Grendel a run for his money

All literary references welcome, we've already had Shakespeare, Saki, James Thurber, The KJV bible, Judith Kerr, EM Forster, Benny Hill and of course our own Supersimkin2 (to name but a few).

Gracie would like to posthumously join the class action lawsuit...this big ginger bopped her on the head, taunted her from a metre away, and then promptly marched inside and commandeered (ala TC style )Gracie's throne that her nan bought especially for her! The injustice of it all..and to put the icing on the cake, Gracie has to endure Gingers insults about her lovely pink jumper!

Good to see TC on the patio doing the Yoga "upward cat pose" ( as opposed to the "Downward dog". This is one of Ruperts favourites.
He is also known as The Black Prince.

Despite without exaggeration being slightly hotter than the surface of the sun this afternoon, TC is asserting his dominance by lying on top of our black car this afternoon.

When you gotta dominate you gotta dominate, hotter than the surface of the sun car? pfft, TC fur is impermeable.

I encouraged our neighbour's bengal to sit in its own garden earlier and it cleared the massive compost bin and 5 foot fence in one go. It is, er, slightly more on the athletically built side compared to TC.

I hope Basil is doing well now? We have a boy who blocks. You will be forever watching for him to pee now!!!
