By popular request, a furtherance of the Saga of TC the Stripey.

For anyone unfamiliar, this is a story of a war of attrition over the last two years waged by a fat stripey cat on the innocent and long suffering members (feline and human) of the Grumpy household. Now running at almost 3000 posts, clearly TC would give Grendel a run for his money

All literary references welcome, we've already had Shakespeare, Saki, James Thurber, The KJV bible, Judith Kerr, EM Forster, Benny Hill and of course our own Supersimkin2 (to name but a few).

I was going to say that the model looks so thrilled to be wearing those PJs.

DM worked with Sean Connery in his knitwear catalogue days. She said he was charming to the baby knits model.

I think I may have realised why TC behaves in the way he does. Clearly signs of a misspent youth, frequenting pool halls and similar dens of iniquity.

Prince, who was so attached to the election blanket earlier I thought he was dead, just shot out for a fight with Ginger-and-White-Bastard.

Went next door to let the dogs out and discovered TC on top of the aquarium.
It started well as I stroked his tum and he purred and licked me.
The biting didn't take long to start however 😁.

If he was trying to hurt you, a) there would be blood and b) you wouldn't be able to calmly take pictures.

To be fair, I now quite frequently let NDN's dogs out for a run during the day. This means I see more of TC in his house and I might occasionally bribe him with dreamies. He is definitely more civilised at NDN's than in the 'wild'.
