We've had a visitor in the garden tonight. Looks very much like Bertie but with two whole ears. My boys were rather confused. Bertie went on alert but Walter decided to just roll over.

Bertie was not happy to see his doppelgänger then?

@Papergirl1968 I don't think so! Although after I while I went back to the door and saw the stranger run away, so I think they had all been sat by the door together!

@swampytigga I did a virtual pub quiz tonight and one of the questions was "Which family had members Wednesday, Morticia and Gomez?" It was hard not to answer the swampy family!

Naughty Savannah has been mostly well behaved today. No curtains shredded, and he hasn't shredded me or DH today either! Think he needs a playmate, preferably one his own size...

I thought you HAD other Savannahs Just? Or are they mere normal sized ones, whereas Charlie is the size of a full grown cheetah

Allergic I do, I have 4 others. But Charlie is an f2, whereas the others are f6/7s. So much much smaller and more like your average domestic cat. Charlie is 3/4 times the size of them, and while he's mostly a soppy muppet, they, understandably, are wary of him and don't really want to play, or 'bounce' with him!

Ah, hadn't realised he was F2, and the others were "only" F6/7s, makes a large difference (in more than one sense of the word!). I'm slightly surprised that the breeder actually sold an F2 as a pet in the first place, but very UN surprised that the former owner couldn't cope .

Ah well, the breeder is sure to get another of similar parentage back at some stage

Allergic you only need a DWA license for an f1 or serval. An f2 isn't considered dangerous (not sure my curtains agree). He's genuinely a really good boy, very soppy and cries like a tiny kitten. Ridiculous to hear such a pitiful noise come out of such a massive cat!
