Ah, mine are sulking upstairs. My best friend dropped in out of the blue. This means a) stranger in the house and even worse b) MAN in the house. He's been gone an hour, but they are still upstairs sulking in the wardrobe.

Note that he isn't a stranger, they've seen him a fair number of times and all he's ever tried to do with either of them is feed them Dreamies. And he loves animals, and has had cats & dogs of his own years ago.

Ollivander84 · 06/05/2018 14:55

He's only eaten two pouches today Grin

That is face of a cat pondering the set up of a JustGiving appeal. All your tech is password protected isn't it?

Ollivander84 · 06/05/2018 15:00

Well my phone is fingerprint protected but I wouldn't put it past him. Best go and get the food out the car Grin

Typical Allergic. They'll be back. :)

Read the paper held upright one inch from your nose O. It doesn't work but at least you feel like you've got a life of your own.

Ollivander84 · 06/05/2018 16:02

He's ventured back in after I found him asleep snoring on a bin Hmm

cozietoesie · 06/05/2018 21:27

Oh the ignominy! Actually snoring?? Grin

LanaorAna2 · 06/05/2018 21:54

My pet cat has eaten 3 of those nice little pate trays since lunch and is also resting noisily.

Ollivander84 · 06/05/2018 21:58

Yup. Flat out on his side. He loves a good sunbathe on a bin

Quite right too. Boiling here, I might hit the park for a little while.

Allergictoironing · 07/05/2018 14:08

Unusually, it's almost perfect here rather than far too hot & sultry. More often than not this is the hottest town in the UK, and my house feels like a sauna, but 25C with enough breeze that it's lovely both in and out.

Cats are happy because I've opened the french doors and they can state out through the netting, though Boycat did try to push his head through the 1 inch square holes at one stage & I had to have a word once he'd freed his whiskers. I'm waiting for the new local black boy to appear with his strange call and see if this time they will rub noses or hiss at each other through the netting (had both so far this weekend).

Ollivander84 · 07/05/2018 16:13

Fred and Binge welcomed me with miaows and then scoffed down all the wet food. Fred has it on his head as he wouldn't get out the bowl in time Hmm

Just wondering if there might be any catio photos @Intheghetto.

LanaorAna2 · 07/05/2018 17:09

A lovely loud screamy welcome! Did you get a cuddle in?

LanaorAna2 · 07/05/2018 19:15

Bank Hol Overheated grumbling all round. Mr C too hot.

He is under sofa with the fan pointed at him. Pill time, so I tried to lure him out with a tuna cracker. I didn't even get a paw - a tongue shot out, peeled the tuna off and the sofa rumbled with purry noises.

We've just had a discussion involving the serving of a third meal this afternoon, which the entire neighbourhood enjoyed as all the doors are open. I got emotional. He is now lying under fan sucking his cheeks in.

LanaorAna2 · 07/05/2018 19:22

I managed to get the pill down on another tuna cracker waved under the sofa.

bwahahahahah

I must get a life Grin
