We do have a solitary Waitrose here up north, I may have to venture in Grin

cozietoesie · 15/03/2018 00:48

For Ollie's sake of course? Grin

Ollivander84 · 15/03/2018 00:49

Well not for the sake of my bank balance Grin
I'm lethal in there. "Ooh shiny. Ooh Heston. Oooooh I read about this stuff"
Go in for milk, come out dazed, confused and £200 lighter. I don't venture in now without a responsible adult. Much like homesense and TK Maxx Blush

cozietoesie · 15/03/2018 00:52

PB is grooming in LWT2. (We don't have a Waitrose near here, I think, so he's stuck with what can be delivered.)

O is asleep. I fell asleep before and helpfully instead of waking me (so I might sleep tonight) he clambered on my pillow and drooled on my head for 3 hours. That has exhausted him so he's retired to the igloo and now his chair Confused

cozietoesie · 15/03/2018 06:10

PB now has a ritual. He goes into LWT2 if I'm clearly up and doing. (Siamese make a high art of ritual.)

That is fine news from both kitties. O don't get too tired with all the overwork. I crave one of those Heston Easter eggs with the orange-flavoured chocolate earth that the speckled mini eggs nestle in but I don't know anyone who would spend 15 quid on me.

LWT2 is where he has the view of you C, isn't it. Yayay. Is there a picture? WE NEED A PICTURE. Just saying, no pressure Grin The mouse felt still hasn't turned up by the way.

Ollivander84 · 15/03/2018 10:20

O went outside this morning. Dived out the window without checking the weather. 30 seconds later, pitiful howling from outside because it was pouring rain HmmGrin and he wanted back in

YetAnotherSpartacus · 15/03/2018 10:28

I read the earlier post as Ollie demolishing a mouse.

cozietoesie · 15/03/2018 10:31

I recall Oneago complaining - bitterly - because there was a vague zephyr in the garden. Thereafter, I used to try to force him outside when there was snow or when the rain was horizontal. (Wind.)

He came to regard an open back door as tantamount to the Gates of Hell. Became an inside cat (carpets and heating) almost immediately. Grin

No mouse demolishment here. "Friends momma, not food" Hmm

YetAnotherSpartacus · 15/03/2018 10:45

Yes, that's why I was surprised :)

LanaorAna2 · 15/03/2018 12:39

The new hoover, paid for 5 weeks ago, has shattered. As has the new lampshade (glass). Limiting self to 1h 30 heavy cleaning a day as am also on point of breaking down.

Mr C hates the hoover, I wouldn't have put it past him. He has stolen and eaten a whole packet of dreamies.

YetAnotherSpartacus · 15/03/2018 12:49

Well, we've all the claws ...

YetAnotherSpartacus · 15/03/2018 13:03

we've all seen the claws...

LanaorAna2 · 15/03/2018 14:53

Some of us have felt them Grin

Fluffycloudland77 · 15/03/2018 15:11

Is it broken or faulty? He will never be accused of being a cheap date.

Ollivander84 · 15/03/2018 15:31

I have to go walk past pets at home to get to my car now (new job). So tempting to pop in and get him some more mousse for his precious little gums

LanaorAna2 · 15/03/2018 17:38

Honestly F, I tapped the main unit with the brush bit of the hoover ie itself and the whole top shattered. It can't have been the cat. Unibond tape is a wonderful thing, it's currently holding that together, the bedroom light and the lavatory.

LanaorAna2 · 15/03/2018 17:44

I wish everyone was here. I've just mastered Nigella's melt in the mouth chocolate biscuits. We could have had a nice-cup-of-tea-and-a-sit-down.

Gave some to the caretaker on behalf of NB, who screams loudly for him now at all hours. Not sure of the yowl nature but it sounds like 'Service!'

cozietoesie · 15/03/2018 20:51

He'll move in when the weather turns.Smile

Has PB grown an extra head Cozie? We don't know. But we worry. Ain't got no picture, see.

Is it an extra yowling head or an extra eating head? It's not an extra asking-for-LWT3-head is it. You can share, we won't judge.

Fluffycloudland77 · 15/03/2018 21:46

You must have caught it at a weak spot there.

Dh tapped a vase with a place mat and it literally split in two.

LanaorAna2 · 15/03/2018 22:15

Blimmin' weak spots. How tiny asbo? Full of spring zest?

cozietoesie · 16/03/2018 00:26

I'll try for a picture tomorrow morning. He's biffing his mice at the moment. Smile
