I think he knows that something is up. You two are so connected I think he can tell you are worried about something and I suspect that deep in his kitty hindbrain he knows that involves him.

Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 13:09

Here's the noise. I have two jobs and 6hrs of this nearly pushed me to chuck him outside Blush

YetAnotherSpartacus · 18/02/2018 13:12

Oh Ollie!!!! He's an upset boy isn't he?

I hope that you are able to get some sleep tonight.

I still think he senses that you are stressed.

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 13:31

Well it's not very loud but with any degree of constancy.........

He's anxious about something.

Well it's not very loud

Says the meezer slave ... :)

Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 13:39

I haven't a clue what Confused
Vet is postponed until next week and he will have to stay overnight
And yes, it's the constant noise that's the irritant! He's on my chest now purring away. I can't reach my brew but... I'll take that over the noise

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 13:42

Ha, Spartacus.

This one has a pair of lungs on him that I wouldn't have believed without hearing them. I doubt that Ollie would even wake me now...........Grin

Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 13:44

Right. < picks cat up to take to post office >

He's coming special delivery. I've enclosed a ribbon and his mousie Grin

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 13:45

To give you an idea. You know that Youtube clip of those two very badly behaved Siamese in the shower room?

AMATEURS.................GrinGrin

Still howling. I've shoved some zyklene in his food in the hope he will eat it

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 14:04

It sounded just a little like a food anxiety. How is he eating?

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 14:11

Very well! It is also the noise he makes for food but he has wet and dry down and water

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 14:14

See if he'll take some liquidy food. If his teeth are very sore, he may be hungry but not too good on actually getting vittals down.

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 14:15

He's got some of that applaws down, it's like flakes in liquid. But apparently he prefers the dry food today Confused
Still refusing to jump in the window

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 14:16

When is his procedure?

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 14:18

Next week. He will go in Tuesday lunchtime, stay overnight and have procedure wed afternoon then collect him about 5pm wed

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 14:20

Good. Trouble is that if he's hurting, you can't always tell precisely where. It could be his ears that are sore, for example. Sad

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 14:22

He had a full check by the nice tooth that wandered vet and she couldn't spot anything wrong. Gave him his extra 0.4 of steroid to bring him up to his usual dosage. I've poked him literally all over and can't find anything
He's sat next to the bed now, howling. Been outside briefly but wanted back in. Won't go in his igloo

YetAnotherSpartacus · 18/02/2018 14:25

He knows.

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 14:31

Nothing you can do, then - apart from shutting him up if you need some sleep.

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 14:34

Yep Sad
The only things different are there is a leak in a bathroom but that's not a room he goes in. And I'm a day late with my injection Blush but I doubt it's that. Although he watches me very intently when I do it

cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 14:58

Get the injection done, then. And reprimand him for the noise - or at least, don't respond at all.

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 15:07

And thank those lucky stars that you don't have this to face.

OP posts:
cozietoesie · 18/02/2018 15:11

And PBoy is even louder. Grin

OP posts:
Ollivander84 · 18/02/2018 15:21

I've seen that one before Grin they're all "human drowning. Help" Grin
