I have to say I'm not sure on that front either but he is very friendly to humans at any rate. He is incredibly nice natured, he's the most considerate and mellow person I've ever lived with. I know everyone says how clever their cats are, but I secretly think he is pretty sharp too. He might like it.

But then, I think he likes the status quo - one careful lady owner/slave, own serviced apartment, plenty of sittings at the restaurant, night staff in room, etc.

I don't think he is monogamous for a moment, and neither can I believe he would give me 10 min off for another cat, more to the point.

How is PB?

O has howled/screamed all night. Again
V much like he used to at night, not quite sure what's going on with him
Afraid he got told off and shut in the living room at 4am but I need sleep!

Why 'Afraid'? Quite right.

Could he maybe have a sore mouth which is keeping him awake?

I don't think so because he is sleeping when he's sat on me. It's v similar to ages ago when he was shouting all night and I posted about it
He's asleep on me now purring, but the minute I stand up he starts trailing after me and screaming
