Realised I filled up the last thread with inanity!

Come one, come all, what's your cat up to today?

Mine are pleased that I'm home in time for the end of Pointless. Unfortunately they hate Pointless and would rather sit outside in the rain glowering in at me.

Omg they are beautiful, are they going out much?

They're out quite a bit now when we're home. They've been left out at times if I've needed to go to the shop and they haven't come back in. They went out the window just after that picture was taken. Dusty often comes up to the window to come back in but Storm prefers to come in the door (he finds it hard to jump up to the windowsill from the outside)

Duck is being cute, Cookie napped with me earlier, and Biscuit is beginning to enjoy belly rubs!

I've been forgiven for going away on holiday

She's on an antique table downstairs. I did start to worry about her little claws on it, she managed to scratch through some wooden shelving in the garden, thinking about it I'm going to put a thick cloth over the table, it was my great aunt's and I love it.

She started prancing and scratching on the garden shelving everytime I went out, then I heard a huge crash and thought 'yeah, that was going to happen' because she was evidently wearing it out, she was quite surprised though

I'm sure they'll be well looked after each and I hope everything up North goes as OK as can be hoped for

Freya and Maisie were very irritated at DP leaving the house at 7am (off to do remembrance Sunday things with army) and after bringing me a succession of their little mousie toys eventually convinced me to come downstairs. Now they're ignoring me and sitting outside staring longingly at a squirrel next door!

Mine woke me up earlier and is being a nuisance. She's currently sleeping downstairs on an antique table which I moved down to be repaired. So I put a cloth on it to stop any scratch marks, but when I go down she scrabbles away at it in a look at meeee way.

He's definitely there

Bullet he's the black patch with no stars, next to the tan bit. I have become an expert in spotting black cats on dark backgrounds!

You should see him when he lies on my fluffy dark brown blanket. The amount of times I've nearly sat on him

With you there Ollivander. I used to own a very dark brown faux mink throw - it's still here, still on the sofa, but now belongs to Boycat and I'm only allowed to sit ON it (not use it as a throw over myself) when I am summoned to do tummy rubs. Boycat can vanish almost completely on a darkish day lying on that.

I now own a (smaller) purple throw which is kept folded up on the one bit of the sofa neither cat sits on - my seat (their choice).

Yeah the moths had got at a really beautiful black woollen YSL skirt of mine.

I was quite irritated when I found out and temporarily threw it in the garden before I dealt with proper disposal.

Afterwards I went to pick it up (in the dark) and thought it seemed a bit softer than I had remembered so snatched my hand away. Then went in for a second attempt to pick it up and a highly furious little black cat ran off in an irate manner (she'd been sleeping on it)

The two boys are sharing a toasty radiator.

Good job there was no gin in it

What do they want? They look like they're plotting. My girl looked the very same today. Should we be worried??
