Ernie's balls were quite prominent before they were taken off and I'm sure the sack area still visible..so if you didnt know you would think he still has them.

I didnt know until recently that they sort of squeeze them out of the sack. I saw what I thought was a skin tag on BIL's Staffie and he enlightened me

Papergirl1968 · 23/09/2017 15:25

Dcat is napping in the garden. He thinks I go outside for the express purpose of tickling his tum.
The pole thing by him is a felled basketball hoop thingy.

EachandEveryone · 23/09/2017 16:55

One of mine keeps having s poo on the edge of the tray. Not every time. Is that common?

AtSea1979 · 23/09/2017 18:44

Get a hooded tray, makes it less messy

EachandEveryone · 23/09/2017 18:55

I know but they are too big this is the spare one in my bedroom

Papergirl1968 · 23/09/2017 18:57

Cozie is on the newboy sequel thread, Caoraich

EachandEveryone · 23/09/2017 19:01

How did the op go? I starved both mine I can't say it did the big one any harm she's getting really stocky

Weedsnseeds1 · 23/09/2017 19:03

atsea the scrotum ( is is a scrotum in cats?) is still there so you can still see what looks like little furry balls!
Rescue centres always neuter both sexes I think?
I am convinced my boy is younger than guestimated as well. He's definitely grown and has developed a white tummy patch and armpits since I got him.

caoraich · 23/09/2017 22:51

Thanks papergirl
Op went well and she has been totally fine! Got her cone off and out of babygro in 30seconds flat but she's left the wound totally alone. Hilariously dopey yesterday but normal today. Freya has been being so gentle with her

Also the catio is finished! Complete with tunnel from cat flap. Will post pics tomorrow once plants and furniture are in it Grin

Luck girls with their catio...

Ernie has just given me a fright as he jumped in through the kitchen window...there was a bit of a kerfuffle and I thought he was going to slide back out but he made it..I couldn't grab him as the the units keep you away..He has very rarely, maybe once, been on the work surfaces so was having good sniff round.

Still he did better than our last boy Mitsi...he used to jump on the windowsill and slide off.

He then followed me outside and had another go at my water grass... and drank out the water stone..I've mot cleared the algae for a while...it must be rank. Luckily he didnt notice the little frog

Good god you all have beautiful big gardens. How lucky those cats are i feel sorry for mine now with their urban balcony. Mind you they will be sirry for themselves in the morning when they realise they are going to the farm for three nights.

Ollivander84 · 25/09/2017 02:47

I love the 'litter tray' . Have lurked for years but very rarely post. Had to tonight though when I saw your post. OP.. my beautiful lovely affectionate boy does the lie on chest thing. He refuses to be a lap cat.. more an under your chin cat.. it's like he wants to 'climb inside' me.. all very needy (strictly on his terms though - he is a cat after all!) Picture is from this morning. I was awoken to find I had become a human pillow .. look at his face. Bless .. so chilled unlike his very busy sister . !

The cats are plotting Shock. Having had old cat put down last week - my other two are now sitting together (they never sit together) on his wicker carrying basket.

Those are two magnificent looking cats grumpy [smile

Grumpyoldpersonwithcats · 25/09/2017 22:23

Thanks Weedsnseeds. I've passed on your conpliments to Basil and Sybil. Grin

TheCatOfAthenry · 25/09/2017 22:47

Aw @Grumpyoldpersonwithcats they are lovely. Hope you're surviving the loss of your elderly puss.

Ollie is looking fabulous as ever.

And @caoraich's baby, hope you're recovering well (can never remember which is Freya and which is Maisie, I think I mean Maisie).

Biscuit is feeling jealous of the tiny ones in the bath and is allowing me to carry him around for snuggles.

Cookie is taking the canine thing to new heights and has developed a sort of pseudo-woof at cats passing the window.

The bath crowd are going from strength to strength.

TheCatOfAthenry · 25/09/2017 22:49

@kittensinmydinner1 you appear to have a human using you as a chin rest.

Try to score some dreamies and nip and meet us round the bike sheds.

caoraich · 25/09/2017 22:56

grumpy they're gorgeous! Sorry about your old cat Flowers x x x

AtSea1979 · 25/09/2017 23:59

My poorly little boy has gone to the vets for a few days, I hope they find out what's wrong with him

TheCatOfAthenry · 26/09/2017 09:05

Why, hello!

EachandEveryone · 26/09/2017 21:50

Omg arent they coming on? Have the others noticed?
