Fattycat's mouth won't close

Fattycat can't close her mouth. I think she's yawned and it's locked. Threw some clothes in and straight out the house after a chase to catch her. Vet took her straight off me in case she was in distress. She's not though. I her and Snorg have a plot to kill me!!

She didn't miss the laminate, she meant to hit the rug! Is the rolling pin bashing working?

Inarightpickleandchutney · 24/03/2017 21:50

Hope fluffy kitties getting better toddler, so hoping she's better

Toddlerteaplease · 25/03/2017 08:24

No more sick when I got home from work and the food bowl empty. Madam had her head in as soon as I filled it. Now both sitting in the bed having a vigorous and noisy grooming session.

Oh my goodness! Two lovely squishy cat cushions Toddler Smile. They are such beautiful girls.

Toddlerteaplease · 25/03/2017 13:54

Omg they've both just sat on the window together. And Eskimo kissed! They never ever do that!! Dodgy pic because of the light though.

Oh that is so cute Smile. Maybe they've bonded over their various illnesses. Or they are plotting to kill you Grin.

Toddlerteaplease · 25/03/2017 14:33

Well I was quite worried earlier as Fatty was sitting on me with a
Very murderous look in her eyes.

Heehee! Oh well. It was nice knowing you Toddler Grin. Seriously, I can't imagine your girls thinking anything other than delicious floofy thoughts. I reckon you are OK Smile.

Inarightpickleandchutney · 25/03/2017 15:10

Goodness they are so cute I can't even cope!
Smooshy and warm and fluffy, awwww!

Must get kitchen installed ASAP then it's kitty time!!!!

Toddlerteaplease · 25/03/2017 15:13

I know a good rescue in North Yorkshire, pickle.

Kitty Time! Grin. Snorg and Fatty are gorgeous aren't they? Mind you, have you seen Mantra's Little Monsieur? He is sooooo cute. A little Cauliflower Boy Grin. Just to confuse you. If you ask nicely she will post pics of him 'praying'! Adorable!

Toddlerteaplease · 25/03/2017 16:25

I am totally in love with little M. I really really want a Devon Rex because of him. The little M of Arabia photo is just the cutest thing ever!!

Oh yes please!
I'm on the south coast, DD and I want massive hairball and DH wants sleek.
Two cats are now a definite!

And me Toddler. But then, your girls remind me of my happy hairdressing days - my boss had two Persians that I'd hide in the basement with while I was 'folding towels' aka cuddling floofy cats!

RubbishMantra · 25/03/2017 19:22

I'd love a floofy fluff-fluff cat. But the hoovering it would involves scares me.

Photo of M & M nose rubbing lovely. Here's one of Little M praying to Goddess Feline that they remain in rude health.

Oh my gosh look at that little
Praying kitty cat!!

Making me feel better about the 6 months of cat free household I will have.

It's just not right!

RubbishMantra · 25/03/2017 20:21

Your post about hairdressing just reminded me, SheRa. I too worked in a salon. One of the co-owners had a gorgeous apricot coloured Persian called Boris. He used to sit on my reception desk and demand fuss all day by the clients. He was so sweet natured, possibly a bit dim, but all the more adorable for it.

Just think about the happiness injection when you do have a cat companion though, Pickle. And you've got loads of time to gather info. This is a really nice and friendly corner of MN.

Toddlerteaplease · 25/03/2017 20:31

Omg little M, squee. The hoovering isn't that bad. I find it much easier than short haired cat's. It also doesn't stick to your clothes. They can sit on my white trousers and leave no traces.

I've mostly had Siamese and I mostly wear black. You'd think I'd have learned - but apparently not! Grin

HemanOrSheRa · 26/03/2017 09:29

Bless Little M and his delicious curly fur. He is adorable Smile. Boris is a great name for a cat. I had a dream about cats last night. It was lovely Grin.

Toddlerteaplease · 26/03/2017 09:45

And his huge floofy tail he stole from a Persian.

Been for final check up with the vet. The vet thinks it was fractured and not dislocated. And is happy with her so doesn't need to see her again. Wish she could tell me how she's done it though! Must admit I'm relieved it's not a dislocation as I can stop panicking about it reoccurring everytime she yawns. If she jumps up on the bed in the night I switch on the light to check it's ok!

She's been discharged fully, though? That's good at least. Smile

Toddlerteaplease · 27/03/2017 15:31

Yes. Hopefully it'll be a while before either of them need the vet again!
