I think your mouse killer and mine might be related trustyourself , they have a very similar look to them!

That look just shrieks 'triumphant superiority' to me. Grin

Yeah next door have two cats we share a hallway I'm relieved they seem to have be one friends.wpuld it be going to far to get s tree for them to play on? I'm so happy it means I won't have to worry about mine being lonely! Until they start sauntering into mine.....

Ollivander84 · 02/04/2017 14:34

cozietoesie · 02/04/2017 14:43

Well I wouldn't go so far as to say peeing in someone else's tray is a sign of friendship. Not quite. Grin

Are there any other signals?

EachandEveryone · 02/04/2017 14:58

Ive never had a cat so i dont know. I just know my girl is over friendly she has always liked the old boy next door and he lets her get right in his face. The 15 month ild girl has always been nervous of my 9 month old. Hissing and arching her back. Both those cats are free to go out and the boy is out all night. Mine goes for 15 minutes and then i call her in Blush Today whilst i was exchanging books with the neighbour her young cat came to the door and mine just sauntered over and they went off into the flat! Then mine bloody peed in their tray. This is because my friend persuaded me to get am £80 litter tray which my girl cant be bothered to climb into i have to pick her up!

EachandEveryone · 02/04/2017 15:06

So mwe ne is using a poundland tray in my bedroom and not the posh one. I dont mind but its the pooing i need to get her back into the posh bucket one. Its because ive had builders in that she needed a tray in the room and shes taken to it abit too much!

I thought once the buiders have finished and taken their rubbish away i would put this in our hallway or out on the balcony. I might be being over enthusiastic though and i dont particular want mine going out as we are inner london no greenary.

We call this Bella-In-A-Bag. We have 47808652 cat toys and she and the boys fight over this...

So adorable

Ollivander84 · 02/04/2017 16:17

Mr Oliver has just been caught trotting across the road to the over 55s flats for treats and fuss and to do "important cat FINGS"
He has been unceremoniously dragged back to his disgust and the amusement of everyone outside when he did his "oh shit I've been caught" face

cozietoesie · 02/04/2017 16:19

Important cat FINGS = treats and fuss, I fear. Grin

palebluesky · 02/04/2017 16:20

Nice thread :)

Mine are sprawled out in the sunshine in the front garden. People going by keep giving them double takes as they do rather look dead Hmm Grin

Ollivander84 · 02/04/2017 16:22

cozie - he howled for me to come in with him so I did. The he wanted out so I opened the door and the little bugger shot straight over there Hmm

cozietoesie · 02/04/2017 16:24

Well you weren't giving him treats were you?

Ollivander84 · 02/04/2017 16:26

He was horrified at being in the back garden as "not for humans" so he deliberately waited until I had gone in Hmm
Saw him doing his little self important bum wiggle across the road (he did look for cars first and I made him sit on the kerb on the way back)

He's had two tins of applaws and some Lily's kitchen but is refusing to eat dreamies, natures menu treats, cheese crunchies or treat sticks so I'm a bit stuck!

cozietoesie · 02/04/2017 16:28

The neighbours are probably giving him 'bits from the fridge'. (Ham, chicken, cheese etc.) That's why. Wink

Ollivander84 · 02/04/2017 16:32

He's obsessed with cheese. Not mild stuff Confused but mature cheddar, Parmesan etc
I think he's sick of me being at home

cozietoesie · 02/04/2017 16:50

No. He'll be happy you're home - think of those cuddles earlier. But you're there and he can have cheese as well! Grin He's a cat. Why restrict himself? Wink

Ollivander84 · 02/04/2017 16:53

I have no cheese Sad I'm a bad cat owner
Sadly he has to put up with me horizontal mainly for the foreseeable future and a cat sitter while I have my surgery

Trustyourself2 · 02/04/2017 17:24

It's strange Weedsnseeds1, since she came on board, I've noticed so many cats that look like her. They're a cat race amongst themsleves, I do believe. I trimmed her main recently, but before that she had the lovely, blondish highlights that your little cherub has. Is yours very vocal? Mines is, with really big purrs.

HemanOrSheRa · 02/04/2017 17:27

Blimey Weeds and trust Shock your cats are identical! Are you sure it's not the same cat?!

I often wonder about that actually. I'm sure one day someone will post a pic of their cat on a thread and someone else will comment 'That is MY cat!' Awkward!

I can guarantee that Ollie is getting treats and fuss at the over 55 block. We live next to a sheltered housing block. Pip has embarrassed me many times Blush.

cozietoesie · 02/04/2017 17:29

Cats aren't embarrassed though. Ruthless in pursuit of fridge bits. Grin

HemanOrSheRa · 02/04/2017 17:35

Ha! No, she couldn't give two hoots about spending the day in someone's flat or being photographed climbing in through a neighbours bathroom window. Or bingeing on cheese or Bernard Matthews Turkey ham and then coming home and barfing it all back up like a wayward drunken teenager. Or spending the day sat on a neighbours conservatory roof and driving their dog insane BlushGrin. No shame at all that girl?

HemanOrSheRa · 02/04/2017 17:36

! Not ? There is no question about it!

EachandEveryone · 02/04/2017 17:44

Do i need to start feeding mine bits from the fridge too? Ive got a drawer full of german meat sticks she has to get through first.
