Couldn't resist after reading they are the most unpopular colour on another thread. Here is my little black man who has a small white patch on his chest. He is the most sleek and handsomest cat who chose us at his foster home and I love him to bits.

His sister who is a tabby is nowhere near as affectionate or sophisticated as my boy, I just don't understand why they are overlooked. (I do love my tabby as well, she just isn't as cool!)

Our two! Otis is black with white socks and tummy Pebbles is an all black, teeny lady who's currently about to pop with kittens

PowderCat is perfectly Black, very affectionate and usually to be found curled up on a bed somewhere.

All these beautiful black (and white) kitties! When I picked up Charlie from Celia Hanmond's rescue place, she mentioned about black cats being the least popular cats - so sad, they are all so lovely.

This thread has made me remember again why I love black cats more than anything.

Perversely, in our house black boycat has chosen DH as his personal member of staff, and grey girlcat informed me a while back that I have been selected for the honour of being her minion. I wanted it the other way round, as I love black cats so, but it's not up to us

Here's my little scrapper in his favourite spot inspecting the bird table. He's my best friend in the whole world and we adore each other.

Here are some more pictures of madam. She's high on catnip in a sock! She's in her grubby old Thomas the Tank Engine chair. It was DS's. He's 10 now and is mortified that the chair is still on view . I've tried putting it away but all she does is sit in the exact spot, with her nose pressed up against the wall, sulking. So the chair stays!

That first pic is hilarious Heman looks like I used to at about 1.30 on a Saturday night.

There are some others Sheba but they are a bit fuzzy as she was like a thing possessed!

I grow my own, but they're careful not to get too high on their own supply.

I suspect they may be selling it to the other cats in the neighbourhood. Resourceful. Gives them some cash to spend on Dreamies.

Hopefully I've successfully attached a photo of my beautiful boy? He's a really Jekyll and Hyde character- an utter bastard one moment, growling, hissing and biting just because he can then cuddling the next but I love him to pieces. We've got an all black and a grey and peach as well but he's my favourite

My sister and I have black cats, we had no idea they were so unpopular.

My cats favourite game is to wait until all the lights are tuned off and then sit in the middle of the floor, or lie on a stair.

I also have a tortie and white obsessed with the loft, any excuse and she is up there.

Seeing MCat curled up on my bed curled up on my bed just now reminded me of this thread.

A heavy night 'Nip Dealing' has clearly worn MCat out Mantra!
