OMG - I'm in shock!

Just browsing FB and I see a dog for adoption as his owner has gone into a nursing home. 12 year old collie/Serra da Estrela cross.

Just so happens I have a 12 year old collie/Serra da Estrela cross - his full brother!!! So of course we're going to adopt him. Dog #8!!!

Sad to report that there's not a happy ending to this story. Boots disappeared last Tuesday morning and, whilst there's been a couple of unconfirmed sightings, all our efforts to find him have not been successful.

This has been such a heat warming story , I really hope that you find Boots , I am guessing he has tried to find his way back home . hopefully some will find him and let you know where he is .

Oh how sad. You tried your best. I read a horrible article recently that said dogs only love us because we feed them - I think this shows he missed his elderly person.
