Just browsing FB and I see a dog for adoption as his owner has gone into a nursing home. 12 year old collie/Serra da Estrela cross.

Just so happens I have a 12 year old collie/Serra da Estrela cross - his full brother!!! So of course we're going to adopt him. Dog #8!!!

Not the best photo but this is the moment they met. And guess what? Their birthday is....today!!! Lots and lots of barking from everyone (except Jack, the most laidback dog in the world) - very glad I don’t have neighbors!!

@RandomMass - Portugal. Hardworking, responsible teens very welcome! We've had volunteers from age 17 to 67 (both great) so send them along. (We also had an 18 year old who lasted less than 24hrs...).
