Our state broadcaster in Ireland , RTE is now doing something similar but it's not as good.
The daughter had lovely colouring. Similar to one of my dds.

They aren't repeats but the show uses 50mins of previous show the 5ish mins of new what did they do next

Right got to the bottom of it. My planner stops the series at episode 8 as the other ones are classed as brilliant builds which it hasn't picked up!! So that's why I assumed they were repeats. So the bonus is it looks like I have ten minutes of new show to watch!!

I remembered both families. The sikh family was from years ago I think.

I was surprised both decided to love it as I was expecting them to list it tbh!

I was really disappointed that no provision was made for the teenagers to have their own privacy/ space unless they moved house. It made me really sad that they had the money to spend and didn't see this as a priority . And then they decided to stay - forcing them to keep sharing .

(I was also really annoyed that I didn't recognise the house or any of the houses Phil showed them as its the area I grew up but that's not really relevant!!)

Ive just watched last night's episode and was quite surprised that giving (opposite sex) teens their own rooms was barely given a passing thought. (I notice they didn't interview the teens afterwards!)
I would have made desk/office space in a corner of the dining room, put the prayer room where they put the office....and reinstated a bedroom upstairs!

It's such a great show but with the market and building costs the way they are, I don't see how we are going to get the big transformations we are used to. It feels risky to me to plough loads of money into a house if prices are going down.

Although more subtle changes could be more relatable to the audience. More people can adopt better use of existing space / storage, than massive extensions. Just might feel a little underwhelming!
