I thought the place in Benidorm was grim. Not tastefully furnished at all despite Kristie going on about it. I did wonder if they’d also bought something in Scotland as well.

How comes they have switched ro doing revisits, is it because during filming they realised the format wasn't really working and so abandoned it... 🤔

Maybe but I presume they sign up to produce xx episodes then go through people who have applied for the show.

I quite like the revisits because you actually find out what they did - if and where they moved. In many ways I think they are more interesting than the original shows (you can still enjoy the transformation and house viewings, but you get a proper conclusion as well).

Yes, I quite like the revisits too and at least we see some proper transformations. Interesting to see how lives pan out a bit further down the line too.

I wonder why the couple who lived by the vineyard decided to move in the end. They were so thrilled with the work done and the house had a link to his family.

Coz it's a Cheap show

We have seen all this apart from the extra say 10m at the end

It was the house that they made garage into playroom

And the extra front door so that church people /work etx can go through mine to office and not in house

Extremely late to the party but re the first episode in this series - the age gap couple in Newtownards Northern Ireland. Rightmove isn't really used for properties here. If I put in my postcode and 10 miles, no max price, it brings up two options. It www.propertypal.com/ that is used, here. Over 600 in my case.
Maybe that's why Phil showed them such shit options.😂
