I was glad they brought both Desmond and dharma back into it, was starting to think they'd just sweep all of that under the carpet. Am starting to feel more optimistic about answers now.

When Eloise said to Desmond that he'd got what he always wanted - Charles Widmore's approval it made me think that what if this alternative reality is where everyone has got what they thought they wanted but actually it doesn't make them any happier

Jack - has a son, but lives apart from him
Claire - gets to keep Aaron
Locke - has a relationship with his father and fiancee, but is still frustrated and in a chair
Desmond - as above but without Penny
Sayid - reunited with Nadia but she's married to her brother
Sawyer - ? hhhmmm, don't know
Sun - has jin, but just got shot
Jin - ? don't know about this one either
Charlie - still in a successful band, but still a junkie

Hurley - is lucky (and actually did seem like the only one of the bunch who was genuinely happier in this alt reality)

I think they're all going to start jumping between realities because they find their constants - like Des has now that he's touched Penny's hand.

can someone please explain the whole "constant" thing to me......I just don't get it....

What "constant" thing?

I'm torn between knowing who I would believe if I was there. John Lock who is probably some really evil being. Or is it not evil but some ancient, wise spirit trying to protect everyone from Widmore who just needed a body there to use and Lock's body was there?

But why did he chuch Desmond down the well?

And when did Michael die - I thought he escaped on a boat?

how everyone has a "constant" I just don't get it!!!!!!!!!! No idea either about why he chucked him down the well........I am actually quite irate that I can't keep up or remember but I guess that's what they want you to do

I'm not sure everyone knows who their constant is - Desmond was Faradays, Penny was Desmonds, other than that we don't know about anyones constants.

Puppymonkey - they are remembering their life on the island because they are meeting their true loves rather than their constants.... Faraday + Charlotte, Charlie + Claire, etc.

Stripyknickers - Michael died when the freighter blew up.

There is too much stuff to remember.

Well, only 6 episodes left so I really hope we start getting some answers soon.
