I have Season 7 synopsis here it's only a short recap of episodes but it was enough to remind me of a few things I had forgotten!

Namely Tony being 'good' all along and wanting revenge for (pregnant) Michelle, and Renee going into the interogation room with a very 'Jack' expression on to 'ersuade' Wilson to confess. Oh, and in the dull presidential bits that's skanky moo daughter getting in the shit for ordering a hit. (hey, that rhymes!)
So, anyone know when it is starting on Sky? In US I think it's the 17th so we would normally get it on the 24th and 25th but can't find listings!

Watched Golden Globes with DH today, Keifer was handing out one of the awards. I half expected him to attack his co-presenter with the microphone to find out who had won.

do you need to have watched all the series to enjoy this? - I loved the first series but it then went to sky, which we didnt have at the time - this is the first time it has been on since we had sky....will I be able to get into it again?

You should be okay Duffy.
All you need to know is CTU was disbanded for being a bit too into torture proactive and Jack was before a senate committe charged with war crimey type behaviour.
Then 6 weeks before this season Tony Almeida popped back up, (we thought he was dead) and was part of a plot to release a nerve gas on the US.
Jack was the only person infected and he was saved by a stem cell transplant from Kim (don't start me on the stem cell thing).

Have watched every season and had a 24 baby last year (Gabriel born Aug 1st), wasn't long after found out I was pregnant I was counting the weeks on the calendar to see how far 24 was going to take me to (desperately sad emoticon).

As it began this time, thought 'am I going to manage to get into this again' but have been suckered as usual.

Had to laugh when Jack said about little Teri being like Kim in knowing what she wanted since Kim never seemed to know her arse from her elbow...

Yep reckon so...at first I thought 'don't think I like this new CTU' but then realised that was the point.

Was feeling that the middle eastern president with the bouffant was definitely going to get it but maybe Jack will manage to sort it. Also wondered if this is going to be a short diversion before the 'main' action or if we're straight into it.

I wasn't really impressed but suppose it is early days. CTU oh dear, and the new actors, can't remember the names but the blonde who has something going on her past has no acting ability whatsover neither has her boyfriend and not keen on the boss either. Yes, Jack certainly needs to call Renee. (Still can't get over that Tony Almeida was a baddy )
