Seeing as how we only have a few weeks to wait now!
I have Season 7 synopsis here it's only a short recap of episodes but it was enough to remind me of a few things I had forgotten!

Namely Tony being 'good' all along and wanting revenge for (pregnant) Michelle, and Renee going into the interogation room with a very 'Jack' expression on to 'ersuade' Wilson to confess. Oh, and in the dull presidential bits that's skanky moo daughter getting in the shit for ordering a hit. (hey, that rhymes!)
So, anyone know when it is starting on Sky? In US I think it's the 17th so we would normally get it on the 24th and 25th but can't find listings!

I have had a massive sense of letdown the last few seasons TBH. But will keep the faith.

ALthough lots of Kim does not bode well.

I just remember last season if I didnt watch it that very same night, I wasnt bothered and two of my friends didnt watch it at all and theyd seen them all. So, I will give it a go but wont hold my breath

Oh no, not more Kim! I agree it's not as good as it used to be, but I thought last series was better than the one before, which was dreadful (was about to add a comment summarising the previous one, but clearly it was so bad I've wiped it from my mind, because I can't remember a thing about it!)

I feel slightly ashamed, but I just can't give it up - I just have to hear the tick, tick, tick and I've automatically moved to the edge of my seat...

I saw him in a bar a couple of years ago. Bless, he's dead short. The thing is though, you see him and that tick tock automatically comes into you head, I nearly fled the bar!!

Although I agree last series was better than previous one, I do still like it but not as good as the earlier ones.

Red magazine have an interview with Kiefer and they say that Day 8 starts on the 18th. But being a load of airhead fashionistas they are wrong!

As I have just spent half an hour searching, and I caqn't get a confirmed start date but it isn't next week anyway, boo hiss.

Oh, and Freddie Prinze Jr is in it this time.
And Renee is back (yay, we like her!)

MissRabbit - I think it starts is USA on 18th (my due date yes!) We get it a week later.
Starts with a double episode.

We are having a girl, so Jack is out

Freddie Prinze Jr is in this one... I'm wondering if I should be worried.
DH is excited that the woman who played starbuck in the new BSG is listed as appearing in every episode. I think she's a techie.

Yes, we get it on the 25th but SKy still hasn't confirmed it, they have put it on a sunday night before now instead of the monday so am checking. I meant to say on the day it starts officially!

Hello all. I'm New to Mumsnet but Love 24. Is it ok to join in this thread or do I need an invite? Fwiw i was watching day 3 boxset when on ML with DS (now 4). I think you can probably all guess what DS's name turned out to be. He's lucky he wasn't a girl, by the end of the season I was thinking that Cordella (sp?) was a nice girls name, after the virus!

Come on in BooHoo! (and Jack!)

I watched season 1, which was the only one I missed when on telly, over 48 hours while 38 weeks pregnant with DD1. It really warped my perception of reality! We had 12 episodes each day of the weekend, including a break for a 1 yr olds birthday party, and I kept expecting people to smash down the door and shoot everyone!

Now is probably a good time for some ground rules.

DH and I used to play a stupid game called 'I bet Jack Bauer could Kill with...' The idea is to think of the most mundane item (cheese grater, odd sock) then try and think of how Jack Bauer could use said item to fight his way out of a situation. Thanks for the warm welcome, and agree about the warped perception of reality!
