I cannot believe that bloke winked at him

fishie · 29/10/2009 20:45

what will badger cook?

TeamAlesha · 29/10/2009 20:45

FGS looking for gravadlax in Asda lol

Rindercella · 29/10/2009 20:47

DH has just got to take me to Le Manoir for my 40th next year!

braveandcrazy · 29/10/2009 20:47

Those annoying blonds might be entertainment value.

The gravadlax woman had an hour to prepare her smoked salmon!

fishie · 29/10/2009 20:48

barney needs to put some butter in.

foxinsocks · 29/10/2009 20:50

he looks a bit like George Best that bloke

deepdarkwood · 29/10/2009 20:52

ooh, hello
they are bizarrely incapable aren/t they...

deepdarkwood · 29/10/2009 20:55

was raymond's tip to duran duran boy to pre-cook his crumble mix? why?

Slubberdegullion · 29/10/2009 20:55

Dear, dear Lord, they are ALL so so bad, I can barely watch, I have gaffer taped a cushion to my face.

Raymond will have to sweep them all into the bin and start again.

braveandcrazy · 29/10/2009 20:56

The winkers good nickname Sarah or should that be

Lucycat · 29/10/2009 20:57

Oh slubber you make me and dh chortle

braveandcrazy · 29/10/2009 20:58

Even I can cook crumble, and I put a really good gravadlax on a plate too. I can even open a tin. I am feeling superior.

AngeChica · 29/10/2009 20:59

If you knew that you would have to cook something up for Raymond Blanc to impress him, wouldn't you make damn sure it was bloody good and practise it over and over again til you had it perfect?.......

foxinsocks · 29/10/2009 21:00

I mean what did Joe and his mum expect? He couldn't even tell them what the restaurant was about!

how salmon people got through though I don't know

megcleary · 29/10/2009 21:02

aw i miss knife girl already

Lilyloooohhhh · 29/10/2009 21:02

Anyone know if this is repeated missed it

Slubberdegullion · 29/10/2009 21:07

hello there lucycat (and her dh)

Man oh man, what a bunch of numpties. Do these people not WATCH the programme beforehand, or maybe they are all drunk, or drugged beforehand to make better telly?

I'm loving the picnic themed restaurant. I LOVE scotch eggs. They should slim it down to just be a scotch egg restaurant. A niche market to be sure but who doesn't like a nice savory egg?

RTKangaMummy · 29/10/2009 21:09

It was soooooooooo funny

watch on iplayer

nannynick · 29/10/2009 21:16

iPlayer link should it be needed. Available until: 9:59pm Thursday 24th December 2009

No repeats look to be scheduled, so if you miss it, iPlayer seems to be the only option.

Lilyloooohhhh · 29/10/2009 21:18

Thanks

squeaver · 29/10/2009 21:19

Knifey mummy and daughter would have been TOP entertainment.

Is it just me or have I been pronouncing gravalax wrong all these years?

The winkers (or Wham! as I'd like to name them) look like they're going to be good value too - "Yes you can make a crumble on the barbie".

Kanga - KNEW you'd be on this thread.

squeaver · 29/10/2009 21:20

And you, MAS.

RTKangaMummy · 29/10/2009 21:32

I think WHAM winkers are so cocky and think I will get irritated by them

I liked the soldiers and the nigearean couple

flashharriet · 29/10/2009 21:32

Oh where to start?!

If that's the best that they could come up with to impress Raymond Blanc, God help them

But the entertainment value is top
