Lol Greyskull

Okay, here we go...

SlartyBartFast · 09/10/2009 21:00

off running.

Ineedmorechocolatenow · 09/10/2009 21:24

TUB OF VASELINE! I KNEW IT!

MollieO · 09/10/2009 21:24

I can't work out what on earth is going on.

MrsMorgan · 09/10/2009 21:30

Me either Mollie, I am getting frown lines trying to figure it all out.

Ineedmorechocolatenow · 09/10/2009 21:41

I'm going to throw something at the TV in a minute. Why is she not telling them the truth? AAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

thepumpkineater · 09/10/2009 21:43

i gave up half way through the second episode (fell asleep) but I would just like to say I KNEW THE VASELINE HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT and said so veeeeeeeeeeeeery early on in this thread.

Agree this thread is far more entertaining than the actual prog. Can someone enlighten me on what happened with the cup of tea.

MollieO · 09/10/2009 21:51

What cup of tea?

She will be detained indefinitely at Her Majesty's Pleasure I think.

fabhead · 09/10/2009 21:52

the basic premise of this is bugging me - i know he clearly was an abuser but it could just have easily been a normal consenting part of their sex life so would the vaseline and roll over baby really be so damning in court?

MollieO · 09/10/2009 21:53

What sentence? She's been found not guilty. I don't understand.

MollieO · 09/10/2009 21:54

Ah, now I see.

ByThePowerOfGreyskull · 09/10/2009 21:55

can she appeal the sentance?

OP posts:
fabhead · 09/10/2009 21:55

she definitely killed him so manslaughter now

castille · 09/10/2009 21:56

argh, phone just rang,

How long is her sentence?

ByThePowerOfGreyskull · 09/10/2009 21:56

so will she definately not keep the baby?

OP posts:
fabhead · 09/10/2009 21:56

i missed what the judge said was he throwing the book at her for the manslaughter even with the abuse?

ByThePowerOfGreyskull · 09/10/2009 21:57

I think he was basically because he knew and respected her husband although he didn't say that

OP posts:
Puddingclub · 09/10/2009 21:57

why would she not be allowed to keep the baby?

fabhead · 09/10/2009 21:58

yes although he agreed it shouldn't be murder - what a tosser

ByThePowerOfGreyskull · 09/10/2009 21:58

the baby can only stay there if she is in for less than 18 months

OP posts:
armbow · 09/10/2009 21:59

oh my god that is heartbreaking

fabhead · 09/10/2009 21:59

it said earlier on that the rule is if the sentence is longer than 18m they lose the baby

castille · 09/10/2009 21:59

how long did she get?

MollieO · 09/10/2009 21:59

So she won but lost. God that was boring. It would put me off watching one of these series again.

MrsMorgan · 09/10/2009 21:59

Well i thought that was a totally rubbish ending.
