I know I shouldn't watch this but I probably will. Can't beleive Kelly Brook is going to be one of the presenters - I thought she was all Hollywood now. And I thought Jayne Middlemiss was way too cool to be involved in something like this too.

I am obsessed! Nothing better than dodgy summer reality telly! Maybe it's also because there's no drama in my own humdrum life - which is fine with me, btw. Let's me live vicariously through others.

Not too sure about BB. From a distance, I don't find any of the housemates compelling - they all seem freaky...and not in a good way!

I think they can go out of the compound on a limited basis, with permission. Heard Rebecca ask Isabella if she wanted to do a run together. Isabella agreed, and then they said they'd check to see if they could.

How exactly will the winners be decided? And if the money goes to a couple, does that mean they each get 50k?

Tacky, tacky I know...but in the News of the World today Jodie Marsh compared Fran and Calum as lovers. She said Calum was very good (fantastic news for all of you who have fantasies about him ). She went on to detail how their affair lasted a few months and they made love passionately and noisily in the bathrooms of every hip nightclub in London. Poor Fran got blasted. Said he was a lousy and selfish lover who required Viagra to get going.

  • well she's a right old slapper and may as well have 'desperate' branded on her forehead! She'll do anything for a bit of cash and attention. Really quite sad.

OK - time for another gossip about the show. My observations:

  • Lee seems to like Abi more than she likes him. She sends mixed signals. Did they just snog in the bathroom, or did something else go on?
  • the resort staff really don't like Abi do they?
  • What did you think when Jane chose Lee for the day trip? Did Abi mind?
  • Felt sorry for Jane that none of the guys wanted to go into the Love Shack.
  • I like Fran, and appreciate that he's not sleazy/manipulative and doesn't toy with emotions. But, seems clear he went on the show to raise his public profile without really being up for a potential relationship.
  • Rebecca seems sad. Possible example of how being with the wrong fellow can diminish a person's spark.
  • Liz continues to be virtually invisible. Is she that uninteresting, or is it down to the show's editors?
  • Thought it was hysterical when Paul reprimanded Nikki for showing everyone her bug bites. He really is a nutter, and was quite nasty with her when they talked later.

What do the rest of you think?
