I know I watch it, and I know it's doctored (I have read Chart Throb), but it's still annoying, particulatly as she gives me the shudders.

Have just checked tv listings and am a bit confused. Thought it was the semi finals? If so how can there be four semi finals? Does that mean there are two finals??

10 acts through to Saturday. We have 8 acts for the Semi's so I guess it will just be a 2hr show on Saturday.

Genuine request for advice. Diversity and Flawless. I don't get it. Why are either of them any good? Isn't this playground/boysclub/cheerleader/children's TV stuff which requires some talent but mainly just a lot of repetitive practice?
I daresay people will think I am a total philistine but I really, really don't get it. How can they have more talent than Gareth the Ven'quist or Mr. Pugh or Natalie Okri? And while, I am at it. I don't think it is fair that the judges get to choose who is second. For all we know, the one they DON'T choose might be the one with a huge majority as 2nd in the public vote (I have my suspicions about the little girl not getting a place yesterday). Have there been any allegations about BGT being fixed (apart from S Boyle being allegedly asked to go on it)?

In 'contests' like this, talent has very little to do with it, as Simon Cowell says himself. It's the story and the likeability of an act that will decide it's success.

Agree Shaun can't sing. Diana Vickers (remember her?) did that one better!
