OK Buffy. Fantastic script, very very witty and laugh out loud funny. Some very scary (Hush) and likeable characters.

Gosh - that's hard. I'd like to say Lost but I'm not sure if its just because its current/ongoing. If they don't farkin explain it all to us before the end of the show though, it will be delegated to my most hated !

Another vote here for Blackadder.
When Friends was on at first I loved it but I cringe when I try to watch it now, whereas Blackadder can be wheeled out every few years and still be v v funny.

Oh yes, and Twin Peaks! a little flawed - drags a bit in the middle of season 2 - and finished before it resolved everything - but landmark, highly original TV.
