Karl is brilliant. He also has the amazing power of always being at the hospital even when we have just seen him at home babysitting Ben. Ben annoys me.

It is such a happy soap, not all the shouting and rows that are in so many of the other soaps.

Sorry to break more distressing news but I think I read somewhere that Pepper's boyf Adam is gay in rl. Also surely has to rate as one of the worst actors in Neighbour's history. Oliver's older brother who was only there for a little while was gorgeous. I think he went off to try and make it in films in the US. (I know WAY too much about this programme). I read a couple of years ago that Neighbours was Philip Pullman's guilty pleasure.

Isn't it odd how they never let Zeke keep a girlfriend for very long? I wonder if they might try and out him as gay at some point. Obviously he and the brainy girl (from family whose name I can't remember - I miss her -she was really smart and it was refreshing to have a character who wasn't conventionally attractive) were an item for a while but they were more just good friends really.

Thinking about it re. Toadie going out with someone in his league - Kelly is really still way out of his league - she is just overweight.

I'm glad someone said Dan's brother was in Heartbreak High, I knew i'd seen him somewhere before! Another Aussie soap I used to watch religiously!!

Neighbours is my only Australian soap - well apart from The Sullivans - I am old - and Sons and Daughters. Grace from the Sullivans popped up in Neighbours - see [[http://www.perfectblend.net/features/connect-sullivans.htm here]. I wish Tom from the Sullivans had turned up - he was divine.

Billy aka Jesse Spencer from Neighbours is now in House with Hugh Laurie.

Tom did turn up! He was Bobby Hoyland. No, wait, that was John Sullivan maybe? God I was really young when it was on. I just remember when he showed up on Neighbours thinking "he was so lush in The Sullivans and now he's Boyd's Grandpa!"

I think that was John who was also cute but Tom was my favourite. An Australian friend of mine did say that Tom was gay in real life - as so many of the really cute ones are.

LOL! I'm just watching it now, new Libby is freaking me out! Love the way they are subtely letting us know who she is - answering the 'libby kennedy speaking' and Ben saying 'thanks MUM' I think Kym Valentine had pneumonia so she was off for a while, she will be back though (can't believe I know that )

Well I hope they have the right one back for the wedding - Lucas won't be able to get his pic's out for a while!

Surely they could have written Libby out for a while? Couldn't she have gonne to Tasmania or had to visit Billy in America? I think this is the first time this has occurred in Neighbours history. It will be really odd to see her with Dan.

Beauty - yes, the mechanic is the gay man from Emmerdale. He looks really good with grey hair - has aged much better than poor Tom from the Sullivans. We should start a Neighbours Alumni section. There was a blonde girl who was in a thriller with Denzel Washington. It was set in South America and her son was kidnapped.
