Suspicious lack of scallops tonight.

pea puree [vom] - absolutely!

Tell me, am I the only one who thinks these bloody smears of vegetable foam/puree are the last word in food wankiness? If I order a meal, I expect it to come with REAL veg, not a smear of pulp.

There was also a suspicious lack of rhubarb, my other "oh fgs, show some originality!"

it's sheer wankiness those skids of coulis or whatever and that foam always looks like spit

no scallops or rhubarb, but there was raspberry coulis with chocolate - boak.

Every single time Greg says "Cooking DOESN'T get TOUGHER than THIS!" I laugh out loud in a kind of snurky way It just gets funnier and funnier.
