I did see him in one of the clips. I just assumed that they'd rehearsed it more than once. Maybe once early in the week and once later.

Christine is getting the most votes of all the women and has consistently all along according to digital spy. That does ring true going by this week. Tom has always got the most votes after JS, around the 800,000 mark apparently! No way of knowing how the JS vote will be spread though now.

Gutted that Jodie went out, definitely the most sincere out of all the women IYKWIM. And I love Ian too.

Lisa will have worked out by now that, even if she gets to the final, she's not going to win.

But I think the final will be the 2 boys.

Which is a shame because, as niggling as I find her, she's still much more likeable than either of them.

Probably been discussed many times before, is the results show really recorded on sunday? Same outfits, same celebrities in same clothes in audience...all a bit suspicious. But then what about the voting? Someone sort out my naivety!

No it all happens on Saturday night janey. Result is always available on net around 10pm Saturday if you care to look for it. Lines close at 9pm don't they so I presume they just calculate vote while the cabaret act is on eg: Tom Jones etc

It is all recorded on Saturday - the results bit is recorded after 9pm when the lines have closed.

Did it occur to anyone that Arlene probably choreographed that dance to get rid of John. Call me cynical but there is no way he could have danced that (especially when learning a samba or salsa or whatever he was supposed to be doing this week.) I should think that was what tipped the balance and made him decide to leave - I mean if he had to dance alongside the others it would have really shown the differences and given the judges a lot of opportunity to lay into him.

How can they praise Tom's acting - he has the same expression throughout the dance and throughout all the dances where he is supposed to be sinister / macho etc. Mumsnet offers a wider range of emoticons than he has in his repetoire .

I loved Rachel's foxtrot - I think she really has the wow factor much more than any of the others this week. I am going to go against the opinion and say I hope she wins.

I predicted very early on that Austin and Tom would be in the final with one of the women. Will it still be 3 in the final now that JS has gone or will it be down to just 2?
Would shake things up if one of the men was in the dance off.
Thought the red trousers they made Ian wear in the disco number were just foul, how cruel can you get.

Sad to see Jodie and Ian go but they were a great example of how to leave with grace. After John she was the funniest person in the comp. No mention from the judges that Christine should have been in the bottom two.

Brian was FAB in the prof dance. When they are side by side you can see how much better and sharper he is than Darren.
Have to admit that Tom was better than Austin in the group dance ? but I guess he should be as he is an actor with dance training.

Apparently on Digital Spy ?sources? say that after JS Tom gets the most votes ? something like 800,000. Christine gets the most votes among the women. Interesting factoids if true.
