Here we go...

OP posts:

I think its because Jodie had no previous dancing experience (unlike some of the others) and has really put her heart and soul into learning. She always looks happy and the relationship between her and Ian looks really genuine. She has also made a 'journey' which strictly fans love!

RamblingRosa · 12/11/2008 08:50

Salleroo, "Cherie is mutton" . I think that's a bit harsh. I think she's really beautiful and she's done some brilliant dances too.

I'm still flying the flag for poor Rachel. I don't get all this "zero personality" staff. I mean seriously, they're slebs on the tellybox...how much of any of their real personalities comes across? Can't say I'm dazzled by Tom's personality either but that doesn't stop me from saying he's a really good dancer. Give the poor girl a break!

billysitch · 12/11/2008 11:12

Right just about caught up excuse me if I repeat anything. . .

Congrats on the baby by the way!

Now then, Heather may have had a good week dance wise, personally loved ALL the music this week too, but I doubt if John had gone that she would not be out next week anyway, but will miss her and Brian, the sweetie!

Jodie and Ian, ok so not a great Samba, but being an Honary Brazilian I can tell you it would have gone down well at any party we throw, I LOVED IT and to Tom Jones too, FAB FAB FAB.

Felt a bit for Rachel and Vinnie. Didnt deserve to be in the bottom two but kind of know what Arlene is talking about the eyes ALTHOUGH Rachel does have HONEST eyes and is not able to hide her feelings in them unlike Lisa who's facial expressions scream, FALSE, FALSE FALSE. Rachel danced beautifully this week, go girl.

Have to admit Brendan and Lisa's dancing is very good and if it was just about the dancing she is right up there, but it isnt. Cant warm to her or even want to watch her sillyness.

Austin and Erin, thought he did a grand job, but agree that there is something of the 'dark arts' in his eyes, I certainly wouldnt want to get on his wrong side, and I am a HUGE rugger fan and loved watching him play.

James and Cherie kind of washed over me with their Waltz, we all know she can ballroom, but I would love to see her crack out a great latin. Salsa is not a favorite of mine so I can forgive her last week but Paso is one of my faves and she wasnt good that week.

Christina as ever the goodess god she shakes my tassles! She is my perfect woman and has a great personality too, hope she and Brian stick around, great additions.

John was brilliant on ITT with Craig, sorry Craig, 1 you take yourself too seriously and 2 you will never win an arguement with a much experienced correspondent like John, you should have laughed it off Mr RH.

Christine and Matt's Jive, brilliant, loved it, undermarked I think tho.

LOVED Camilla and Tom although he is a tad full of himself but boy he can afford to be dancing like that! Do we think he may be angling for a career in the West End a la Halfpenny?

I wonder with 3 couples getting 9 and then the drop to 6 if this made the votes distribute differently. Just a thought and probably one for my rocket scientist dh.

billysitch · 12/11/2008 11:17

Obolmov, the baby congrats were for you sorry I forgot to put your name

Boyswillbeboys · 12/11/2008 12:51

What was all that Christina and Matthew wedding business on ITT yesterday - how embarrasing for them!! Mind you, they would make a lovely couple, I think they are so sweet together and I really hope they stay in for a bit longer

pleasechange · 12/11/2008 16:24

just watched Brian & Kristina again on iplayer - they're both amazing. Does anyone know if Brian is doing the tour? I could be tempted to buy a ticket!

Febes · 12/11/2008 20:29

I watched ITT tonight and Brian and Craig were on and nearly had a bitch fight. It was funny. Also Flavia was trussed up in a red number. I normally well fancy her but she looked like a dogs dinner tonight.

pleasechange · 13/11/2008 08:51

Brian & Craig v funny last night - liked the way Brian stood up to him and challenged him

tortoiseshellWasMusicaYearsAgo · 13/11/2008 08:54

I loved Brian last night;

"Did you give John a 1 last week?"
"Yes"
"Well that's totally ridiculous".

and when Craig said about Cherie
"Well, firstly she's wearing white plimsolls which is never good..."
he said
"I LIKE the white plimsolls, and encourage all my students to wear something like that - in the CHa CHa CHa you need to feel well grounded" or something like that.

Brilliant pairing! I love Brian.

Tigerschick · 13/11/2008 09:09

I thought Brian was very funny last night ... he stood up to Craig but, because he criticised things that Craig didn't mention, it was clear that he wasn't doing it for the sake of it.

DH came over all unnecessary when Ola said that she doesn't wear anything in bed!

tortoiseshellWasMusicaYearsAgo · 13/11/2008 09:11

What he said about the dancing was very good as well - he is very 'classy' I think!

womblingalong · 13/11/2008 09:12

Last nights show was the best ITT I've seen in a long time, the questions to the professionals and Len's bit were entertaining for a change, and Brian and Craig were fab, I loved the way Brain was a bit chippy and stood up to Craig, and I thought it was hysterical when Craig came over all queeny and said, "we won't do this with him again", or somesuch.

theheadgirl · 13/11/2008 17:22

I lurved the Brian/Craig spat on ITT also. Looking forward to the dances on children in need.

Clayhead · 13/11/2008 17:44

Brian

swoon

pinkteddy · 13/11/2008 19:58

Yes after last night's ITT I'm beginning to get why you are all swooning after Brian. He is quite cute

Wonder what is he is so busy doing this week?

squeaver · 13/11/2008 22:27

I just have to let all you Brian-swooners know that my dd thinks he's an alien.

squeaver · 13/11/2008 22:27

And you must admit, there is a look of ET about him...

cyteen · 14/11/2008 12:27

just getting myself back on this thread

tribpot · 14/11/2008 17:10

LEN

cyteen · 14/11/2008 17:26

yikes!

Tigerschick · 14/11/2008 17:45

Wow!
That's pretty worrying.
Can't help thinking that he's lucky it happened when he was in the States; don't think Brucie's Heimlich Manoeuvre would be up to much
Just glad he's OK, really

Salleroo · 14/11/2008 18:40

Brian is a total munter. Alien is right and what is it with the ridiculous hair? Glad he's gone.

SlubberOverTheYardArm · 14/11/2008 19:16

When I first saw Brian I thought 'there goes a man who should only wash his head on a woolens but has stuck it in at 40 by accident'.

However I warmed to him greatly as he came across as a lovely chap, so now I am quite allured by his slightly shrunken head.

Febes · 14/11/2008 21:27

ROFL

beansprout · 14/11/2008 21:30

He is an pinhead in an 80's sty-lie and no mistake,
