What's your favourite line from Friends?

I've just been watching reruns of Friends on E4 and there's so many classic lines I thought you lot might have some faves.

"Sneeze Muffin "

After Chandler's nubbin-ectomy:

"two nipples, no waiting"

Monica: "kind of like Rachel in High School"

Rachel "what!"

Monica "oh come on, it was such an obvious joke"

Chandler "it was obvious, and I didn't say it" gasps "the source of all my power!"

"And that, my friend, is clooosure!"

when Phoebe say's to Rachel "its ok feebs" and she said "thats your name" and Phoebe say's "oh that's short for Phobe I just thought it was what we called each other"

My favourite is still the one from the first episode, when Phoebe is asked if she can come & help put up Ross's bookshelves:

"Oh, I wish I could but.....I don't want to"

when the woman says 'what happened to your baby!' to the bald cat on a pillow

the one with Ross's tan -

ROSS - 'i went to that tanning place your wife suggested'

CHANDLER - 'was that place, THE SUN?!!'

The part when Joey uses a theasaurus to write the letter... "aortic pump" "baby kangaroo" etc. Made me howl.

Also " just take off your shirt and tell us" Phoebe to Brad Pitt

Tom Conti as Emily's father - 'I could kill you with my thumbs'

That one still has me ROFL. Especially when I hear him doing the Andy Pandy voiceover on CBeebies.

On the one when Chandler goes to Joeys tailor

Joey: That's how they measure pants - tell him Ross
Ross: Sure it is ... IN PRISON!!!

There are so many!

Oh and

"You're over me? When were you ... under me?"

Joey: (tapping his head)"Not just a hat-rack my friend"

DH and I know all of them - we have never met a situation yet where there wasn't an apt Friends quote! Most of my faves have already been said, particularly 'You fell Asleeeeep?' and "not just a hatrack, my friend!'

What about when Joey gives Chandler the bracelet:

'I pity the fool who steals my jewellery..' (in Mr T voice, obviously )

I love all of these. I think Friends was the best-written sitcom ever because all the lines are absolutely true to the characters.

e.g. when they decide to watch the video of Ross and Rachel having sex and Joey says "I'm so excited"

The "messees become the messers" episode is my all-time fave.

Julie's so smart, Julie's so perfect, what does she put on a cape at night and fight crime?

I like the one where, chandler and Monica are meeting the apodtion lady and Joey runs in

' bert is our code word for danger'

'well it shoud be'
then later on he wnats his bat.

But one of the best is when Ross tries to punch joey.

Phoebe : Ross, what else do they add smell to?

Phoebe: Is anyone else really starting to like him (about Chandler's psychotic room-mate).

Joey DOESN'T SHARE FOOD

'Not at all inappropriate!' (the gang's response to Phoebe performing her songs about sexuality to small children...)
