Now in s3

Susan Ryeland returns to England and works on a continuation manuscript titled "Pünd's Last Case" by a troubled young author.

The 1955-set story takes place in Corfu and hides the identity of a real killer, drawing Susan into a new murder case where she becomes a suspect.

Lesley Manville returns as Susan Ryeland and Tim McMullan returns as literary detective Atticus Pünd.

New cast members include Jamie Blackley, Patricia Hodge, and Zubin Varla.

We are loving it. Especially Patricia Hodge - fabulous. Had to pause and discuss as a bit confused by the double casting at beginning but well into i now. Love the characters, setting, costumes, humour and style and of course the two main characters. Such great quality drama and perfect for autumn.

The double casting of PH🫣 that's where the confusion stems from.

I enjoyed it. Love Lesley Manville.

Not sure if it's as good as the previous ones, but sticking to it to see if it grows on me . It's a bit muddly .

Maybe I need to rewatch it

when I’m tired watching stuff isn’t always good

and 930 on a sat and I’m beat !

To be fair. Watched it again and was better

Love it.

E2 tonight - I may watch earlier as think 930 too late for me and I didn’t enjoy it last week but I did when resaw sun
