Also I’m amazed Lamb was let through the door of a ballet school looking like he does!

I think in this series he doesn't actually look like he stinks.

Another gorgeous article on Rosalind Eleazar (We are not worthy …)

You're assuming he went in through the front door?

Good point!

the80sweregreat · 18/10/2026 20:59

Jackson likes breaking in to places, he is a ninja.

Badvocthebad · 18/10/2026 21:01

I'll be really interested in how they wrap this series up...it's so different to the books

the80sweregreat · 21/10/2026 12:24

Poor River ;(
What an explosive end to that season.

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 13:39

Very good episode.
It's different to the book, as I've said. The next book (bad actors) is the one where Coe and Flyte were killed.
The child was Min Harpers eldest (hence Louisa being involved)
Poor River. He's had a shocker.

the80sweregreat · 21/10/2026 13:45

They didn’t say what happened to Lenny rush’s character in the end.

In the book, min harpers son survived and went back to his life, so I assume the same happened to Reece

FizzingAda · 21/10/2026 14:31

Hi all, just followed. Have watched all the series, loved them, and am bingeing this one. Last two episodes tonight!
enjoying most of it so far, but considering they are supposed to be secret agents why do they expose themselves so much? Arguing loudly over the skittle whilst hiding from pursuers, walking down the middle of streets, eating in the restaurants etc. It's like saying,'come and get me', I'm beginning to think River deserves being a slow horse in Slough House!
poor Coe, Iiked him, and there was still lots of mileage in his character.
I' e read the first book, but if they deviate wildly from the later books not sure I'll bother, it infuriates me when they change the books substantially for the
screen.

Howaboutthis1 · 21/10/2026 21:38

Was episode 6 the last one?

Was episode 6 the last one?

For this series yes.

DuncinToffee · 21/10/2026 21:48

Wow, what an episode and cliff hanger.

stanleycups · 21/10/2026 21:49

I’ve nitpicked a bit about some of this series but that last episode was brilliant imho.

One thing that didn’t translate from the books well is Harkness going after Reece. In the books you understand why there’s a hit team going after him, but here he’s just seen Frank kill his father, it doesn’t seem like a strong enough reason. Had he worked out what his dad had done? Realistically who is Reece going to tell and why would they listen? Can someone explain it to me, I think I’ve missed something.

Dang it. I cant wait till the next seasons out. I need my fix!

YellingAway · 21/10/2026 22:27

Don’t tell me that River is off to become Bond!!!
Does this mean that Sid is a baddie after, I don’t think I can wait to find out.

allthemind · 21/10/2026 22:44

Omg is Sid a double agent?! (Haven't read the books). Or did the original Russian terminators put novachok on whatever that crow bar thing was he picked up?

I think Reece had worked it out - not sure if he had the stolen file in his bag but he had his dad’s burner phone with Cantor’s number (used for the ‘blackmail’). Though Cantor wouldn’t have known that when he told Harkness to go ahead and kill him.

EasternStandard · 21/10/2026 23:09

Lamb had some great lines. Poor River, hope he’s ok.

@YellingAway I immediately thought the same, as all I keep reading is he is going to be Bond. Saying that I have just seen a video somebody uploaded of him & Sid filming for season 8 🧐 so maybe he misses season 7 then is back ☺️

Badvocthebad · 21/10/2026 23:29

S7 is already filmed and done.
S8 will be a corker if they stick to the book!

I did cringe when Lamb dropped the f word at the children’s party. Do kids still play musical statues ?
