Ned is a lot like Nish isn’t he.
Ian hasn’t a friend in the world really only Kathy and she won’t see through Ned.
Ian seems happy enough NYD though.

He looks like Ned but otherwise what were they thinking. He’s obviously not a longterm character if he’s age is so far off Ryder’s. He’s temporary.

Possibly Alfie and Ross, but Alfie likes Ned.

Sometimes I think we'd all be better scriptwriters than the current shower.

I think that the people on here care more. The writers rotate , so you can get different styles of writing and so on. Makes it a bit uneven sometimes.

I can see Ben with Ryder. Ben is a bit of lad and a joker type. Not sure if he will return or not. Might give Phil something to do!

Pat was a terrible mum to her boys. Wicksy didn't attend her funeral but Nick Berry did a few seconds cameo at the end, gazing at her grave from a distance. I heard he didn't properly reappear as he doesn't want anything to do with acting anymore. She tried her best to be a good step-mum to Frank's kids. Obviously didn't really work with Janine!

It dawned on me yesterday that Ryder, especially with the ridiculous age difference between actor and character, reminds me of Jimmy Krankie and now I can't unthink it 😂

The whole gay story with Ryder seems like a waste of time really as Walford is probably the most gay-friendly place in London with Jazz hands, Oscar, Callum, Sausage and Ben, plus the campest B and B in the world and a gay bar. It must be part of a wider plot somehow to show how evil Ned is maybe? Ned is quite a good villain as he is so plausibly 'nice'. I really hope he gets found out - Ian might wise up fairly soon as he isn't stupid.

Ian isn't stupid, but he feels isolated and that he's lost his position in society, so he's easy fodder for Ned.

Nobody could tame Janine , the best woman baddie ever. I have a soft spot for her ..
Poor Pat , she had a bad time of it with children ! Not the best mum though , but she did get a lot of stick.

True that Ryder has found the most gay friendly place in the east end. He would be a better employee of the Albert really !

Given Ned’s psychopathic tendencies, why on earth did Gemma feel the need to bring that bloke to Walford in the boot for Nic to sort out? Ned looks quite capable himself. And now on the basis of a couple of drive-by homophobic comments, Ryder says Ned must never find out (yet he snogged a bloke in the middle of the square). None of their storylines make sense.

I also thought that about the man in the boot and why they didn’t get Ned to ‘ sort it out ‘!

I hope the pregnant woman isn't Stacey and yet another unplanned pregnancy.

100% agree. She has enough kids (and a grand kid) to worry about already imho.

I agree, I really don't want Stacey being brought back with yet another child. But it's either someone we know who would be that pregnant by NYD (Priya) or someone who isn't currently on the show. There aren't many options!

Sean must be about to turn up surely? he started filming a while ago.

I bet that Hope and Arthur won’t come back speaking any Portuguese. A bit like Anna and Gina didn’t speak Spanish despite going to school there and being born there.

you never know with EE but a heavily pregnant Stacey wouldn’t get into bed with Max surely?

I can't think of any pregnant woman who would get in bed with Max tbh!
(but I'm not expecting it to make sense because nothing else does😆)

I feel most heavily pregnant women would steer clear of Mr Branning however desperate they are for a bed for the night. Didn’t look a very big bed either.

Was rather surprised to hear Elaine saying she was accompanying Cindy on her honeymoon! Hasn't Cindy got anyone else she can take ffs? That's both George's ex-wives there!

We saw E’laine yesterday talking to Ian. He dumped her ( more or less )

Cindy has literally no friends so it's kind of plausible she invited E-laine who is the closet thing she has to an established friendship. It's quite the plot twist considering they were sworn enemies not long ago.

Makes total sense that Ryder is terrified of Ned finding out he is gay yet chooses to bring his date back to the square and kiss him in the middle of the street🙄

I don't know if it's a trick of my eyesight but I feel like gorgeous baby Ethan looks a shade darker/olive skinned than he did at first. I think he is Vinny's. Why doesn't Penny just do an actual DNA test (I think the one she did before for Nicola was fake). Just put herself out of all this misery!
