So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

Since it was mentioned by Sarah about the dog barking - how would Jodie have known ?

And all the tokens from her various crimes eg, Lisa’s Police badge.

Does Ross have a 'real' life. Has he ever mentioned where he lives, family etc?
People seem to arrive on Corrie with no back story or previous friends, family job, life etc.

Oh yes, the police badge that Jodie half inched back in April time! All the trinkets. I hope that Shona and David properly dob her in now ! She doesn’t deserve a second chance.

David said something funny last night, a funny reference - it was a bit of an 'under his breath' sort of thing, in the Platt household I think but I cannot remember what it was. Anyone else spot it?

Sarah worked it out a while ago (barking David-dog thing) but only recently told Kit. Who told David & Shona in the salon. Then Shona told Jodie she knew and threw her out (again). Lilly, looking for her confiscated laptop/tablet, then found the trinket box (again). But this time, it had the gun from Karl/Fiona in it.

I love Corry but the amount of people from one street who have been or are in prison is ridiculous

I didn’t even notice the gun in the shot, and had completely forgotten about it! And Lisa’s badge. What else had she squirrelled? Was there a book of Roy’s?

Do we think Lilly will take the gun and accidentally shoot someone? (how about Ross? Any other suggestions?). Or will Jodie come back for it? And yes - who the heck cut her fringe?? Dave the Dog?!

How about what's her name (sorry, busy day, brain v tired) who stoats about like a basking shark? Bernie's daughter. And it shouldn't be an accident, it should be very, very deliberate.

Lily was very quick to see the gun, I only spotted a bit of the handle and wouldn't have known what it was if I wasn't expecting to see it. I wonder how Jodie will wriggle out of this one. Ross is just awful, and I bet he has a wife somewhere.

Jodie can’t wriggle out of the other objects,Lisa’s badge etc . Hopefully her time on Corrie is soon up. She won’t be missed- an irritating, unlikeable character.

Jodie needs to go; really do not like her
Am liking new character Idris; he would be good match for Tracie; just hope shiny Abbie doesn't set her sights on him

That shot of Gemma eating at the bar, and looking like she was about to say something was odd, and she looked awful! Really bad shot of her. I'm not saying the actress herself is bad looking, and I think she is naturally quite attractive, but Gemma as a character is awful, and she looked dreadful tonight. They always seem to catch her shoving food in her face, gurning, and sitting with a bad posture!

I agree that Jodie needs to go, and hopefully the trinket box and gun etc popping up now will be the end of her. They already know that she attacked Sarah. Not sure I believe she has been to the police though. Sick to death of Shona saying 'but David, she's got nowhere else to GO!' and bending over and taking Jodie's crap. I am sick of seeing Jodie's face too, and really dislike her sneer, and her dreadful new haircut. Who the F cut her fringe?! 😬

I don't like Shona much either to be honest. Her constant rolling eyes looks and getting annoyed with David annoy me. I wish her and Jodie would feck off. I have never liked Shona and David as a couple.

Also detest that Ross, and it's as clear as day that he got to that woman first - who had told Cassie about him, and all the problems she had with him. He probably threatened her.

I thought that Ross just got some woman he knew to pretend to be the one Cassie was communicating with online as Cassie would have no idea what she looked like.

It’s a way of getting Idris and Sam closer he’s going to worm his way into Leanne’s heart (and probably business) via Sam.
Jodie is lying about going to police can’t believe David was so gullible to believe her! Ross definitely got to that woman first as he must have been waiting for her to turn up he’d know what she looked like. Why the hell didn’t Cassie run after her ?? Makes no sense and yes what was that look with Gemma? Btw she wears a wig (she cut her hair short IRL) hence the hair looking awful but they could have at least put her in a good one !

The woman involved in the Cassie story was awful. I know acting isn’t always easy, but she was dreadful. obviously Ross paid her off or it wasn’t the right woman.

Why are they gradually making Gemma even more repulsive?
