So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

Is that Gemma and Chesney’s? I know he bought that, but wasn’t he living in a flat in the same block as Sarah when they got together? I’m sure they used to bump into each other in the hall?

Because they’re less likely to be discovered there?

He owns No 6 Redbank, bought it from Tim’s mum.

He also owns No 5 Coronation Street, he bought it from Chesney & Gemma’s landlord when they were facing eviction and then rented it back to them.

You know those wee videos on Facebook? There was one yesterday of a woman I thought looked like Christina so I clicked on it. It was her and she looks a lot younger in RL. Because I looked at it I'm getting more Corrie videos now (I really need to stop looking at the damn things, they're of bugger all benefit ) and there was one earlier of Olivia Frances Brown, who plays Jodie, singing and player a guitar. She's got a nice voice. Shame about the character!

Evil Todd used to be great to watch but this belligerent, nasty version is not.

The old question of where does everyone sleep at Eileen’s house? George & Christina, Todd, Mary and Glenda? I suppose they could all fit with the magical third bedroom (Steve and Andy used to share when they first moved in) and the front room. coronation Street must be the most overcrowded street in the UK.

Why do Corrie make every male gay guy seemingly desperate to bed (polite way of putting it) any random bloke they meet?

I find it so weird how we never see their living rooms and the living rooms are always in the dining room area. A few of them have the dining/living room knocked through, otherwise it's like a forbidden area.

We used to see Kev and Sallys front room before they swapped with Claire and Ashley in Classic Corrie but I don’t think you see anyone else’s front room unless it’s the houses near Underworld now

She seems to have joined into their little group.
She is a bit young ?

So is Nina leaving ?

I liked the Nina, Asha , Summer , Amy friendship.

What about the flat she has with Asher ?

The storyline of Summer buying that group of women drinks etc then they went off and left her has died a very sudden death!

I'd forgotten about that storyline. The writers have turned their attention to Todd and his spiral into alcoholism.
Probably pointed out to writers that they had forgotten Summer has the added complication of diabetes.

Your use of the word ridiculous @zanahoria has reminded me of my reaction to the scene between Asha and Nina in the pub last night where Nina said she hadn't got the job and Asha picked up her phone and said she had. It was so badly done; it came across as if they thought they better shove something in to add a bit more to the story of Nina going, if she is.
