So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

This, why do we care if Richard did or didn’t kill his wife, they are both just randoms

The storyline tonight did seem to be leading up to that didn't it? That Richie's daughter may be coming into the care of Tim and Sally.

I also agree that it's absurd that they have shoehorned another murder storyline in so soon after Theo (and Billy only died in January!) And also, so soon after Richie (Tim's cousin) came into Corrie. He only came in to it about a week ago.

As @thenightsky said, no imagination at all, and yes @OnTheBoardwalk why should we care about this random woman who had not been mentioned before last week, and who we never even actually saw? Even Richie was only in about 4 or 5 episodes before he 'murdered' his wife.

Also, once again, Jodie is back and wandering around like a lost cat. Nothing ever with her. No purse or handbag or luggage of any kind, or make up, or hairbrush or hair product, no phone charger - has she even got a phone?! Where is she even living now?

She is such a crap, pointless, irritating character. She should never have come into the show, As someone said a few weeks back, it looks like they dragged her in with the January coach crash storyline, and realised after they gave her the one year contract, that they don't know what to do with her.

I wonder when David's hair will change? He has previously had hair plugs, and his hair is receding again, and about 7-8 weeks ago he was pictured with his mates Ben and Colson (Nick and Craig) with his head shaved and his new hair! He has been very open about it, (he said to remove the stigma.) So we should be seeing him soon with his new hair.

I also thought it was looking like an additional foster child for Sally and Tim. But with three already, where would they put a fourth one? It's a three bedroomed house, isn't it? Surely they'd not have the three girls sharing?

And couldn't agree more about Jodie. They need to do her big reveal soon - whatever her back story is - and get her gone. I've not heard or read a single positive comment about her.

Yes if they are going to keep Jodie, they need to decide what to do with her.

I think Harry's dad was Callum, who ended up under the floorboards of the Platt house extension. Killed by Kyle as he tried to attack Sarah. Sarah seems to have been attacked a few times over the years, as well as being witness to a few murders.

I don't get the whole "fit Kit" thing. He looks fine at a distance (tall, slim) but his face reminds me of Mr Potato Head. Corrie did the whole female abuser story before with Tyrone's former wife (mother of Ruby.) It wasn't done well then and if that's the direstion they're going, it will be worse this time. We don't know or care about the characters. I agree that Tim and Sally will wind up with Lucy. "The Girls" mark two will probably stay with their convenient aunt in Spain. The scriptwriters had no more ideas about what to do with them. "Our Brodeh" (oh how I can't stand Bernie!) will stay but then he's "proper" family. This programme has become an absolute shit show.

Brodeh has looked like he is going to become nice but then does very bad things.
Where is Carl? Did he leave when I wasn't looking?
