So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

Fiz showed up as a strong Northern woman, a true Tony Warren character!

Also agree that even though I said I was just warming to Cassie, it's not the worst thing in the world that she has gone, as she has been a pretty dodgy character. I am just annoyed that we are left with the beastly and vile Ross. It's absolutely ludicrous that he has got his feet under the table so quickly, and is now living on the street. (Of COURSE he is living on the bloody street! 🙄)

I really hate this storyline and am so annoyed that Ruby and Hope did this DNA thing, and tracked Ross (Tyrone's bio father) down!

I dislike Lauren too. Annoying character, pointless, and grumpy all the time. Wish she had gone...

I am impressed with the actress who plays Betsy. Apparently the 2 actresses (who play Lauren and Betsy) are best friends in real life.

I am still quite shocked that this 'choking' thing during sex seems to be very common amongst young people/Gen Z. Never ever taken part in this in my life, and never would, and I have never been asked! (I am older Gen X..) I spoke to my DC about it and said how dangerous it is (they are both just past 30/millennials, 1 year apart in age,) and they said they would never. It seems to be mostly people a bit younger (under 22-23.)

It’s absolutely awful Betsy wet herself but if Lauren and her didn’t have their fight, how would she have got Betsy up the stairs unless there is a commode we haven’t seen and wouldn’t Betsy be wearing incontinence pants like Tenas?

I did see a commode in the office alcove area of the house the other day.

But Lauren shouldn't be put in a position of being a career to Betsy.

She should be having carers /nurses in to changed her and prevent bed sores.

Has Lauren even been taught how to care safely for Betsy ?

No @bizzey I don’t think Lauren has ever been shown how to safely care for Betsy but yes, you make a good point. Apart from the speech therapist, she would have carers wouldn’t she to come in and help

Wendy had an affair with Ken and she also was a foster carer I think it was, she took Abi and Alfie in to show Social Services that Abi could be a good mum and stay clean so Wendy was reporting back
