So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

I saw something earlier saying football is on again this week and soaps are all over the place. Might be best to check your planners if you’re recording.

They never spot a bad 'un in soaps until it's too late, do they? Fawning over a fakey bloke in a dodgy wig. Ugh.

He shouted out her name , but did he see it was him driving ? Why did she get into that car ? I was hoping she wouldn’t.

They can never have a character who is just a bit of a bad guy any more, always have to tell turn them into a super villain

So that's Cassie gone now? Just as she's becoming likeable, and we're getting used to her! Just like that, gone! And we're left with this ghastly revolting pig in a wig, fecking Ross! FML.

I really hope not. They always pretend they want to raise awareness and help but don't seem to think about past victims.

I would wonder how she found a job so quickly. It is dodgy, I wonder what he did with her :(

Had she really got a job? I thought that was just a smokescreen for the kids, a made up excuse for going.

I think the job was made up too..Steve saw her in the car with Ross which is good

I also think the job didn't exist, but it does amaze me how - in Corrie and other soaps - they manage to pack up their entire life into one suitcase, and flee the street/area pretty much on the same day, often giving up their job that day, and usually finding a job somewhere else with no interview, and instantly find somewhere else to stay.

And as for Jodie, she's like a stray cat with absolutely no belongings or luggage or purse or bank account or paperwork or any regular job or any income. She is quite the enigma. All she has in her possession is that stupid bloody trinket box.

I admit I would need a small van or a medium sized car to get away quickly , but they always leave with one case or bag in soaps. It is amazing how they do it,
