So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

Jodie is too busy seeing off other children , meeting up with mysterious other children and waving fake guns about and generally being mad as a box of frogs. What did she do with the real gun ?

She was last seen going outside with it.

Tracy must be desperate to want anything to do with Ross. He isn’t even nice , his just horrible and belligerent and abrupt and now his done this!

Corrie is abysmal right now.

Jodie - get the fuck out. Whatever storyline they had/have planned for the character is simply not working out. Sadly, despite being pretty, I don’t think the actress can pull it off. It a very short amount of time, she’s been paired with David, Carl, Daniel - zero chemistry. They dumped her with Roy - didn’t work, she doesn’t gel with any of the Platts (Nick, Sarah, Sam, Bethany). Her relationship with her sister is based on ‘I feel guilty I left her years ago’ which is apparently so awful she is allowed to live with the family rent free, carry a gun and responsible for battering her husband’s sister. She is now left to interact with the family’s minors. It’s not working Corrie - pull the plug.

Ross - after what must be a very very long time, Corrie have introduced another violent male who’s remit is to harass and threaten. Theo, Mal, Carl (but he’s now on his redemption arc) wasn’t enough. To want us to accept a sexual predator, that Tyrone has known for 5 fucking minutes, moved into the family home and is entertaining his teenage daughters as ‘grandad’ is actually disturbing.

It’s not entertainment when I’m shouting at the screen or rolling my eyes so far into my head they might pop out.
