So, Sarah's been arrested for killing Theo, Kit is trying to get her out of prison without implicating himself, (and is desperate to pin it on Gary,) and Gary and Maria are at loggerheads after Gary decided to help Sarah cover her tracks!

Swain is as useless as ever, constantly talking very loudly about any case she's working on, and in front of as many people as possible!

Betsy has had a stroke, after engaging in non-fatal strangulation during sex with Dylan, and Dylan's in trouble for it, even though Betsy doesn't blame him. Sean (his dad) is trying to blame anyone but him, even Brodie!

Most other storylines/characters seem to be fairly quiet at the moment, but I'm sure they will touch on them again soon...

No, I didn't see Cassie put the drugs in the smoothie either. I saw her crushing a tablet - or 2, and then she heard someone (Ross) and legged it, and the tablet strip hit the floor.

Why did Ross give it to Tracy? I assume he did? As she collapsed/got hauled off in an ambulance.

We saw Tracey put the tablets into the smoothie. Ross saw the tablets on the side and the crushed bits. He saw Tracey disappearing out of the back gate and his bag with the smoothie in had been knocked onto the floor. He took the flask out and realised what she'd done.

He also knew exactly what he was doing when he gave it to Tracey. That means Cassie has now poisened two of the Barlows!

Cassie isn’t the sharpest tool is she, already having form for drugging Ken, why didn’t she crush up tablets at other house.

I wasn't being rude to you, apologies if you thought so. I meant it was easy for him to work out as she left stuff.

She did take the box with her (she almost forgot), but she didn’t remember the internal packaging/foil that was on the counter. And his bag, which had contained the green smoothie, had been knocked over. So when he saw Cassie he put two and two together.
But how did Tracy end up drinking it? And had Cassie actually wanted Ross to die? Did she know how it would work (the drug)?

I didn’t see the foil on the counter but I think she wanted him to fail the drug test because it was his first day at the prison and he made a point of mentioning it was a half day to get the feel of the place, do a drug test

Regarding the tablets, isn’t dihydrocodeine which is what I think the packet said just codeine? I’m not sure it makes you collapse like Tracy did but it depends how many tablets Cassie crushed

That's what I was wondering. How did Tracy drink it?

I mean we're assuming Ross poisoned Tracy! 😬 He's a rotter isn't he? So he probably did. But why?

Dihydrocodeine is up to twice as strong as codeine. But you'd need more of it than that to make you collapse, and I doubt you'd fail to notice the taste, even if you were expecting it to taste of spinach.

Will it be to make Cassie look bad

Ross worked out that Cassie had put the drugs into his spinach smoothie thing, so he decided to get her back by giving it to Tracy ( he told her she looked a bit under the weather so the smoothie would be good for her ) paraphrasing but that’s the gist.

That’s my take on it anyway 😀

It was weird when he threatened to kill Cassie as he had actually not been too badly damaged by her revelations, most of them seemed to just accept it

I have no idea why Cassie even wanted to drug Ross.

She would have been better off stealing his wig

I assume that Ross wants cassie to get the blame.

AH yes, it makes sense that Ross has drugged Tracy in the hope that Cassie gets the blame!

So Jodie is back in the good books at the Platt house then? I really cannot understand why they keep allowing her back in and now even suggesting she can be 'arper's nanny FFS.

I wonder if Ross was one of Tracy's jailers?

Jodie has already pretended to be Harpers mum, when she was first born and having her operation. She befriended another new Mum in the corridor. She likes the attention and now online, she’s saying she had a traumatic birth, very poorly baby etc.

Cassie spiked the green juice so Ross would fail the drug test. It affected Tracy badly because she was also drinking red wine. And what with her aging kidney…

Unless Tracy’s kidney was brought up as ‘ pillow talk ‘ I doubt Ross knew about this. However, he did know that Cassie had spiked his smoothie and was quick to think of a cunning plan to get her into huge trouble over it. He clearly wasn’t thinking about his new girlfriend, only himself of course.
I hope he is found out soon and goes back to wherever he came from . He is hideous.

AIBU to wave fake guns around ( what did she do with the real one by the way ?) pretend to be my niece’s mum once , hit someone over the head and generally be a huge pain in the bottom?
